Druze, razmisljam se vec mesec dana da uzmem simplex ultra ali izgleda da je kod nas zabranjeno upraznjavati metal detecting. Jel znas ti mozda nesto o zakonu ? pozz.. :)
@@ristivor nećeš pogrešiti, brutalna mašina za te pare, samo kupi nov za koji je plaćena carina i da imaš papire jer ti ga niko onda ne sme oduzeti (u slučaju da ga voziš u gepeku ili na terentu), što se tiče zakona, ne smeš naravno na arheološkim nalazištima i sl. ali na svojoj zemlji (livadi, šumi) ili ako imaš usmenu dozvolu da detektuješ na nečijoj zemlji nemaš problem, sve preko 30cm dubine teoretski ako bi našao vredno ili za muzej pripada državi. Drži se toga i uživaj, i onako ćeš samo šetati i uživati u prirodi ali što da nemaš dobru mašinu...
I'm a beginner and I went for the Legend after watching your videos and reading as many reviews as I can, spent a lot of time playing with it at home and reading the manual many times before I went out. First couple of digs on beaches we are learning together and is great fun and finding things.
Hi Adam, my new Simplex Ultra arrived today from Spinadisc along with the Nokta Accupoint , Bluetooth headphones and starter bundle. I decided on this one having watched many of your well presented and professional videos. I know the learning curve will be steep but it's all charged up now and I'll be out on the beach or fields from tomorrow . Thank you for your guidance , like your style and subscribed. I did start on the Legend and while it was a little confusing at first, watching channels like yours and Arron’s South Coast Detecting really helped me get my head around it quickly. Once again another awesome video , you make your videos very interesting and you teach it to make it understandable, I own the simplex plus and I'm getting ready to order the ultra and then the legend, you taught me well on the simplex and now Im also a collector of Nokta Makro machines , I want to up my game with the ultra but I want to experience the four machines that you have so I say " onward " , thanks again for teaching me to be on top of my game

Well done on your latest RUclips video Adam it was also a big learning curve for me also. I’ve been detecting for about 6 years now and owned other brands of machines. And the Nokta machines are by far the best machines in the market. I now own the simplex plus and the legend and are well satisfied with performance from both machines and from Nokta itself the amazing after sales section are amazing. Any form of problems are quickly dealt with, by there team and also guys like yourself. From basic learning to advance the Nokta range has it all. Keep up the tremendous work you do Adam, and well done Nokta.

Hi. Great video. Very informative. I'd appreciate your opinion on the following:
I've been detecting since May 2023, using a simplex plus. I mainly detect in farmers fields (usually pasture, sometimes paddocks or ploughed.) I detect in Gloucestershire/Wiltshire/Worcestershire areas . I have the sp24 coil. Seems very precise. Should i pay out for a sp35 coil for simplex plus, or upgrade to BR, or the double score, or the ultra?
Basically is it better to pump up the simplex plus, or go for a newer model?
Luckily, price not an issue.

If price isn't an issue I'd suggest it may be time to look at the Simultaneous multi-frequency machines. Either the Double or Triple Score or the Legend if you're confident in traversing a bigger learning curve.
The SMF technology will find more targets and will find them deeper. They also handle mineralised ground better.
Good video bud i use the Simplex lite and its a brilliant beginners detector, i have multiple videos on ot myself and i will be upgrading to the Double score when its available
Great review for a starter. Very well explained :) I'm waiting until the Nokta Promo is available at the vendor shops to buy the Legend Pro Pack. My secondhand Nokta Fors CoRe is getting outdated. I will have to watch your previous films on the Legend again because it will be a major upgrade compared to the Fors CoRe. Keep up the good work ;)

Hello from Indiana, USA. Another great video. I have a question, I currently have the simplex + and really enjoy it. Will upgrading find more targets or would I just have more features to find the same targets?

It's never going to be a straightforward answer to that question I'm afraid because the targets have to be there to begin with.
Having said that, I have found my finds rates improve with the new Simplex Ultra and even more with the Double Score and Legend since getting them.
You know how it is when out detecting, and somebody always stops to ask either, "have you found gold" or "I've always fancied taking up detectoring." For the latter, I will just give a direct link to this video. Could you explain recovery speed. What is it, and how do you use it?

Recovery speed, in a nutshell, is how quickly the machine resets after finding a target.
A high recovery speed will allow you to detect distinct objects close together and potentially unmask nice finds among trash. Everything comes at a cost though...you will lose some depth.
Lower recovery speeds will be less active and precise but you will go deeper.
For me, the more trashy a site is, the higher I have the recovery speed 😊👍
Excellent video for a very keen beginner - can I ask you if gold has a frequency of 14khz and higher and my detector is below this , can I still find gold ? Thanks for all your videos I’m saving for the simplex ultra a nice upgrade

You'll still find gold with that frequency. Gold-specific machines will have a much higher frequency but you'll still hit it in the teens.

Morning Adam, just a quick question as i have just bought a Nokta Makro Multi Kruzer and i only use it down the beach. Do you have any tips for using it on the beach and in the sea please. Thanks

I'm really sorry but the Kruzer is pretty much to only Nokta machine from the last 10 years I haven't used so I'd be reluctant to offer advice on it.
I can recommend Scott at the Dirt Diggers UK RUclips channel. He has a lot of experience on the Kruzer and I'm sure he can give you some pointers for the beach 😊👍
I plan to start metal detecting and I live in a coastal town in Puerto Rico, What type of detector do you recommend? I would like it for sand and soil.
If you're a complete beginner, look at the Simplex range, or possibly wait for the Score machines to be released 👍

@@ivyanddadmetaldetectinguk9192 tnx...money is not a issue but i heard that Legend is not so deep, even Ultra is deeper? I'm interested in the targets like WW helmets at 60-80cm depth in normal soil, do you think that Legend with LG28 (11") can detect such deep targets? There is not a single video about Legend showing big and deep targets for relic hunters...only coins etc 🤷😆
The Legend is plenty deep. I've hit a tiny coin at 17 inches with it.
Lots of people have installed the latest update and either forgotten to factory reset the machine, causing issues, or have reset the machine but not realised that the reset has changed their audio (etc.) settings.
The VAST majority if Legend users will attest to how deep it is.
You'll get more machine for your money with the Nokta. It's better built and easier to use too 👍

Awesome! Some people really struggle with the high end machines and give up quickly as a result so I tend to urge a bit of caution when getting your first one. I'm glad I worked my way up.

If it were good it would be well known. Stick with the known brands...you know you're getting a performer then 👍
