    Hey friends! For those of you who were getting a TON of ad breaks on this video - I am SO sorry! Ads in the middle of an exercise are SO ANNOYING so I apologize! This was just a glitch that I am hoping has been fixed. You should only see ads during rest breaks on all of my videos. Thanks for your patience and understanding as I got this worked out 🙏🏻

    After 1.5yrs of inactivaty, I started this program and now, on day 12 I allready feel my progress compared to the 1st 'glute' day. PROUD! TNX HR for having my back ;-)

    Ads were perfectly timed in breaks, nothing was bothering at all. Thank you Heather for taking care of the slightest details to make our bodies feel energetic 😊

    Love your Workouts Heather! I was in a new gym today...There was a woman in the locker room who I told it was my first day. She said "it's mine too, but you sure looked like you knew what you were doing" I said, "Oh I just follow my girl Heather" I told her about your great workouts and told her to find you on RUclips. She asked if that's how you were listed..."My Girl Heather" Haha. I told her no, that's just what I call you! We got that straightened out and I'm sure you have a new follower. Thanks for everything!

    OMG, I can tell already that this will be my favorite workout of this series, so far! This series has been so amazing but I really love working my booty and using the bands are a bonus!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I love that you are focusing most PRECISELY on the areas that decline the most as we age. The arms, the booty and the abs. Honestly workouts that endlessly focus on quads and leg strength are definitely (in my view) less important at my stage of life. I am absolutely loving this series Heather! More weights and the stretching - it's brilliant thank you!!!

    I’ve been doing HR workouts since 2020 but never a challenge like this and I am LOVING IT! Every workout is challenging yet totally doable. Already seeing improvements in strength and stamina. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    first time in 3 years I had adverts interrupt the workout, hoping it's a one off. Full of gratitude for all you do! Heather to be clear it was interrupting on each individual set so I was losing the timing, not just interrupting after sets which I’m fine with.

      Yes, me too. This wasn’t a good workout. Normally they play on rest breaks.

    Great workout! Just a thought- it might be helpful to have a yoga block in a contrasting color to the mat, especially in the preview, so it is easier to see. I normally watch the videos on a large TV, but today was on my phone and I almost missed the block!

    I must say day 34 from the previous series has worked miracles for me and built me glute muscles at 46. I will also use this one for alternative every other week. You are an inspiration!

    Had to catch up over the weekend with a couple of dropped workouts and now I know why it's really important to follow them in sequence! I'm in the UK so doing this one tomorrow due to schedule.

    Beautiful! I overstretched my hip a couple weeks ago and had to put a few of these leg and glute workouts on hold...but now I am back, baby! Lovin' the workouts...thanks Heather!

    However, not sure if it’s just me, the ads were kicking off in the middle of the exercise. I appreciate these free videos so much, and really want you to get the revenue from RUclips. Not sure if it’s in the control of the content creator, or the algorithm at which time stamp the ads are played.

    Didn't feel it much in my glutes. Had a niggly pain in my lower back muscle which is most likely down to poor form so I need to work on that. Happy to say I have worked out every day this week so far 💪🏻 slow progress is better than no progress ❤

    First I love love love Heather workouts. This video - for the first time ever the ads interrupted mid-exercise 6 different times! Usually they fall right during the rest period, but for some reason there were more than usual amount of ads, and more importantly they were in the middle of the exercise. Is this a youtube problem or something Heather can change on her end? I love Heather workouts and will continue no matter what but wondering if this is happening to others for this video. Also, loving 4.0:)
