A little tip for anyone interested - if you have any issues with the single leg deadlift just concentrate on pushing your leg that is going up towards the wall behind you. It's made a big difference in my form and I don't lose balance as easy. Keep it up team!

I have tried so many workouts and always feel so burned out & defeated. I never stay consistent with them cause I almost am afraid to try the next day cause I'm so burned out. This workout has started to build strength, endurance and motivation. I am now confident in doing this workout & haven't missed a day yet. Even on my test days I have motivation to still want to do some low impact stretches and movements to get my heart rate up and get my body moving! Ive even started taking my nutrition more serious! Thank you Heather for such a a great program! ❤

After completing D14 in the morning, I completed D15 in the afternoon since I am out of town tomorrow. I don't recall being this committed to a workout routine before (including past HR 12 week ones). A good feeling and a strong indicator of how wonderful HR12WEEK 4.0 is!! Fantastic program!!

Thank you, Heather, for another week of exercises. After 3 weeks of physical activity, my fitness and muscular strength have improved by 70 percent. Looking forward to the next week. I'm loving the workouts; I feel exhausted afterward, but it's been worth it.

I started working out with you for around 6 years now. Earlier I was going to gym but my gym partner stopping going and I was too lazy to go alone. Then I found you. I have never regretted not going back to gym. Your workouts are always great. I just need to order a yoga block asap.
This week was a bit of a struggle for me Heather but I pulled through! You are right, it's important to celebrate the small wins because when I get to the finish line it's a wonderful feeling sometimes I can't explain being extremely proud of myself!
