    Your videos are the only ones I could stick to and feel motivated to workout. I love how thorough you are and adding the light, medium, and heavy weight on the screen was the cherry on top. Only thing I wish for is like 20 seconds longer stretch holds without having to pause the video.

    I’m really enjoying this program, look forward to my workout every morning, yesterday’s mobility session was amazing. And my small win today worth celebrating is that while my single leg deadlifts are still a bit wobbly, there’s a definite improvement in my balance, after just 3 weeks! Awesome! Thanks ❤

    When I think about how much time is still remaining on this challenge I start to doubt myself, however I promised myself to just hit play after a new video post. Thank you for making these videos accessible to everyone’s level of fitness and for me not having to think past play. So grateful!

    you give us so much to celebrate, Heather! thank-you. 5 lb. increase on a few of the moves. investing in weights is such good value when you weigh the cost against gym memberships etc. Some of mine are over 20 years old and they look it but my kitchen doesn't care! lol!

    I really like how Heather’s workouts focus on one or a few sets of muscles, and she doesn’t rush during or in between sets 💛🏋️💃🏼🔥⚡️This one felt great 💪🏻

    We need a double thumbs up! I can't believe week 3 is already in the books. A little tip for anyone interested - if you have any issues with the single leg deadlift just concentrate on pushing your leg that is going up towards the wall behind you. It's made a big difference in my form and I don't lose balance as easy. Keep it up team!

    This one was way harder than it looked! Dripping in sweat and shaking! I’ve been working out with you for years but have never done one of your 12 week programs and I am hooked! Planning on starting again when I’m done and upping the weight :)

    I have tried so many workouts and always feel so burned out & defeated. I never stay consistent with them cause I almost am afraid to try the next day cause I'm so burned out. This workout has started to build strength, endurance and motivation. I am now confident in doing this workout & haven't missed a day yet. Even on my test days I have motivation to still want to do some low impact stretches and movements to get my heart rate up and get my body moving! Ive even started taking my nutrition more serious! Thank you Heather for such a a great program! ❤

    This one whopped my butt...literally. Thank so much Heather. I really loved the focus on calves. So often they are neglected. Please do more of that!

    After completing D14 in the morning, I completed D15 in the afternoon since I am out of town tomorrow. I don't recall being this committed to a workout routine before (including past HR 12 week ones). A good feeling and a strong indicator of how wonderful HR12WEEK 4.0 is!! Fantastic program!!

    Thank you, Heather, for another week of exercises. After 3 weeks of physical activity, my fitness and muscular strength have improved by 70 percent. Looking forward to the next week. I'm loving the workouts; I feel exhausted afterward, but it's been worth it.

    Yay!! we did it! quarter of the way!!
    The music made me think about when I first started this program. I remember starting this program during the pandemic and there was one song that reminds me of the time myself and my friend would zoom each other to work out together to first 12 week porgram!! Thankful to/for you Heather!

    Just completed day 15 and I feel stronger already. I went out for a brisk walk with my neighbor yesterday and I felt stronger in my legs and more stamina and endurance. Love this program! Thank you Heather!

    Love❤ using the yoga block to elevate my heels, I do find the black block blends in with your mat and sometimes I don’t realize you are using it 😊

    I started working out with you for around 6 years now. Earlier I was going to gym but my gym partner stopping going and I was too lazy to go alone. Then I found you. I have never regretted not going back to gym. Your workouts are always great. I just need to order a yoga block asap.

    This week was a bit of a struggle for me Heather but I pulled through! You are right, it's important to celebrate the small wins because when I get to the finish line it's a wonderful feeling sometimes I can't explain being extremely proud of myself! For those who have finished day 15 kudos to you, we got this peeps were almost 1/2 there.
