After doing the day 2 glutes & hamstrings, I went and bought heavier weights that finally got used today.. and omg. I feel amazing after this one!! Sweating shaking & currently typing this horizontal on my yoga mat 🤣
I have done many of these workouts as a one off, but i haven't done the full program. I am really proud of myself that i have completed week 1! I have also been tracking my calories in a deficit and I went from 192.6 to 189.4.
The cool down music was the most beautiful and relaxing music. I've been thru a lot this past year and for the first time, I felt completely at ease. Thank you Heather. You help in more ways that you know.

I hurt my knee in September, so I didn't use it for a while but this is a good workout for helping me get my strength back. Went a bit lighter lighter to take it easy on the knee, and hoping to build strength safely again!
LOVE the calf series! I've got plantar fasciitis and foot/ankle/calf work really helps. Terrific first week, really enjoying the strength and mobility format, something so unique.

Thank you Heather, I used this workout as a active recovery session as I just played 2 rounds of golf on consecutive days in very warm conditions. I did not use weights just bodyweight and all the moves were excellent just what I needed.
Another new challenge. I really appreciate Heather's opening remarks before the class. I was a little shaky with the block and need more work using my "tippy toes" Can't wait till Monday.👍👍
I'm a little behind so I just finished week 1 today. This was the sweatiest one for me yet. I've never done a challenge before, and I really am enjoying it so far. The pace is so nice, and there is almost a meditative quality for me even though I'm feeling challenged and work up a sweat. I'm still trying to figure out the weights (I only have up to 15 pound dumbbells and I'm wondering if I should invest in something a little heavier for the coming weeks). Thanks for designing this program!

I only started the challenge on Wednesday last week, so I only finished the first week today. I've done them all so far. I have always loved cardio, high intensity and metcon training. Somehow strength training wasn't one of my favorites, despite that I do it conscientiously and I love it, but I still suffer during it. This is now the real challenge for me! Thanks Heather! You are super ! ❤

I’ve completed the full 12 weeks and have circled back to month 1 to redo it with the heavier weights I bought during my progression. First time around my heavy weight was 6lbs, later on 10lbs. Now I’m mainly using 15 to 20lbs for my heavy.

Perfect sequence to work out different parts of the body and minimize straining! Love the variety and smart/unconventional moves❤ Using the block to extend the stretching range for the calves in the end is genius😌

What an incredible workout. Legs were shaking and my heart rate was up the entire time.
LOVED the calves session. Went up in weight on them, snowboarding keeping them strong. Day 5 down, week ONE down, bring on week 2!!
