      I am loving it!!! I love the add on indicating light, medium or heavy weights, it is pushing me to go up in weights!

    This series! It is like it was created just for my specific needs. I cannot tell you how much this order/ these excises have been exactly what my body needs to compliment my active outdoor lifestyle with strength training. LOVE this format!

    I appreciate the message you have at the beginning of this video with having Hashimoto’s disease. It has been a challenge and it’s true. You know you pause the video go at your own pace and there are modifications for the workouts. Thank you. I’ve been following you for years.

    After doing the day 2 glutes & hamstrings, I went and bought heavier weights that finally got used today.. and omg. I feel amazing after this one!! Sweating shaking & currently typing this horizontal on my yoga mat 🤣

    I have done many of these workouts as a one off, but i haven't done the full program. I am really proud of myself that i have completed week 1! I have also been tracking my calories in a deficit and I went from 192.6 to 189.4.

    Love that you are spreading out areas that are being worked and so happy tomorrow is an arm day! Really like that you note what type of weight to use for each exercise and the guide in the notes that we can view before workout!

    I hurt my knee in September, so I didn't use it for a while but this is a good workout for helping me get my strength back. Went a bit lighter lighter to take it easy on the knee, and hoping to build strength safely again!

    LOVE the calf series! I've got plantar fasciitis and foot/ankle/calf work really helps. Terrific first week, really enjoying the strength and mobility format, something so unique.

      Very much! I never paid much attention to my lower legs and feet until I developed this condition. That's what's so great about this series, it targets areas we often neglect but which are really important to overall physical health and strength!@@Heatherrobertsoncom

    LOVED the calves session. Went up in weight on them, snowboarding keeping them strong. Day 5 down, week ONE down, bring on week 2!!

    I thought its going to be easy but nope. Lots of sweat and fast heart beat in working out just to push through and finish this workout session. I'm tired and need some water. Thank you Heather for this free workout videos and challenges.

    Thank you Heather, I used this workout as a active recovery session as I just played 2 rounds of golf on consecutive days in very warm conditions. I did not use weights just bodyweight and all the moves were excellent just what I needed.

    I'm a little behind so I just finished week 1 today. This was the sweatiest one for me yet. I've never done a challenge before, and I really am enjoying it so far. The pace is so nice, and there is almost a meditative quality for me even though I'm feeling challenged and work up a sweat. I'm still trying to figure out the weights (I only have up to 15 pound dumbbells and I'm wondering if I should invest in something a little heavier for the coming weeks). Thanks for designing this program!

    2020 januárja, azaz a HR12W1.0 óta követem, csinálom Heather edzéseit. 4 éve már. Mindig képes megújulni, hogy mindig képes és akar valami újat adni. A HR12W4.0 első hete egyszerűen szuper volt. Tele újdonsággal, új gyakorlatokkal, új élményekkel és eredményekkel. Ma, szombaton, újracsináltam az 5., majd azt követően a 4. napot. 1:15 perc, 430 kcal. Imádtam minden percét. A hip mobility rész pedig egyszerűen jól esik minden porcikámnak. Köszönöm, Heather, millió puszi Budapestről. ❤

    My 5th workout with Heather and I’m loving it! I’ve followed other trainers on here but I just feel stressed throughout the workout; thankfully with Heather I’m more relaxed and feel like I accomplish more. Thank you, Heather!!!

    I only started the challenge on Wednesday last week, so I only finished the first week today. I've done them all so far. I have always loved cardio, high intensity and metcon training. Somehow strength training wasn't one of my favorites, despite that I do it conscientiously and I love it, but I still suffer during it. This is now the real challenge for me! Thanks Heather! You are super ! ❤

    I’ve completed the full 12 weeks and have circled back to month 1 to redo it with the heavier weights I bought during my progression. First time around my heavy weight was 6lbs, later on 10lbs. Now I’m mainly using 15 to 20lbs for my heavy.

    I would like to say I am glad I discovered your page. Your workouts are effective and tough but still includes a sense of feminity if you understand. I have watched others, and they seem to be so many unnecessary excercises included and i become tired and discouraged. Thank you. I have enjoyed these so far

It would be helpful if you could display the weight suggestion in the metric system as well. Many of us are quite familiar with the imperial one. Greetings from Brazil.

    Love the calves raises! I think my calves and ankles are so overlooked. Going through full range of motion really helps us take care of them.

    Perfect sequence to work out different parts of the body and minimize straining! Love the variety and smart/unconventional moves❤ Using the block to extend the stretching range for the calves in the end is genius😌

    You are the gift that just keeps on GIVING!!! That’s an understatement! Whew! My calves…. Wow! Those one foot tip toe squats… yikes! Thank you so much! I love how u show your weights. I’m always trying to push myself heavier as much as possible, but this really helps. Also, it helps so much to see how you are pushing yourself too. You aren’t a machine like every other trainer! So encouraging and pushes me ti keep pushing! This series so far is just absolutely amazing! By far my favorite, and I have done every single one with you from 1.0- 4.0!
