I never felt the APC vibes until Roguenjosh reacted to Higher and pointed out it sounded like The Noose by APC. Whenever he pointed it out that the song sounded like one of their songs my mind immediately clicked to that particular song then later in the reaction he said the exact song. Been a fan since 2019 , and now the APC and Tool vibes will never leave my mind (especially since the singer used to have a old live video up of him covering Sober on stage, but later ended up taking it down)

The end reminds me of new millenium cyanide christ in its construction. They build the breakdown, you know it is coming, and then you could listen to the ending riff all day long.

Its like these musicians combined all of my favourite elements from across music styles and made it work so well. Outstanding. The kast riff on this song is HEAVY. Thought the intro keys sounded like Linkin Park, but with seriously low guitas. Go Bristol, Uk 🤘
also, if you like the drumming (as you should), you need to go check out his one-takes: he goes by 2, or "II" - he's one of the most technically sound drummers out there right now.
