  • It's all about the lower body in this class 💪 Our bottom half can be such an important ally during standing postures in our yoga practice and endurance in our cardio workouts. So let's power up and get going with this fun and powerful class!
    For this preview class, I had the amazing MacKenzie Miller as a co-teacher. We developed the FitFlow Max series to combine the best of HIIT and traditional yoga postures for a month-long program that touches on the four most important modes of fitness:
