This is exactly what I was until a month ago. In December I started my own transformation and have completely quit Alcohol smoking and Junk food. Started working out religiously 5-6 days a week. I have lost 7 kg already and would want to go below 60 kg. This would definitely fuel the already burning fire.
I am also stuck on weight lose plateau and it is stuck at 85 kg no matter how much exercise I do but I advise you to be consistent with your workout and diet surely one day you will succeed
@@bhavyaarora739 try reverse dieting and strength training, increase muscle mass you'll lose fat for sure & when you're at your desired muscle you can start to cut and lose fat not body weight

@@rookie1491 oh yes . Lost 16 kgs in total. All my tests including BP, cholestrol etc have come back to normal. Feeling better, healthier happier

No gym in my place. My waight is 85.an iam 31year old. So without any equipment how can i lose fat from my body. Or how to take diet plan.
