- The man who once thought that he’d have to take medications all his life is now one of the fittest guys in this community and the 2nd Runner-up of Transformation Challenge 12. This is Tushar Bhange’s story:
“An army brat who loves sports” - that’s how Tushar always described himself. But that josh didn’t last for long.
As a young man who worked in IT, Tushar soon became used to long, stressful hours at work and all-weekend parties. He thought he was being “cool” when he smoked and drank but in reality, his health was getting worse by the day.
A day came when he knew something wasn’t right and so, he got some tests done. The results: borderline diabetes and other lifestyle ailments.
Doctors gave him two choices: either take medicines for life or change your lifestyle. Tushar chose the latter and his life would never be the same again.

thats true finally someone suggesting the same like me eat anything but home made n avoid sugar n junk food and do workout weight training and cardio n see the results eat anything doesnt means eat any amount eat enough according to ur body need so u dnt feel hungry dnt overeat take a good sleep n u will see results in few weeks but it will make u loose weight n improve ur over all health n strength but if u need ripped body then u must follow strict diet plans 👍

Low bodyfat does make you look younger.
Not trying to discourage the fitness enthusiasts but I have been in fitness since 6 years , you can not achieve this much muscle mass and so clear definition without some additional supplements and buy supplement I don't mean creatine protein or anything but anabolics so there's a 90% chance that this guy has taken steroids , and if not than great going bro.
Are you dumb or what..he is having a lean muscular mass and you are saying he is on steroids...wtf

I weigh 86 and waist size 36 but i can lift 5kg dumbell without any isssue.
No bro there are people who weight much but they cannot lift 5kilo dumbbell at the start..my friend was 95 and it was very hard for him to do dumbbell curls and was not even to do a push up..

Wow, kitna achi tarike se scripted kiya hai words ko. 4 week tak pata nahi chala ki kuch change ho raha hai ki nahi, it means min 4 weeks tak toh in company ko koi chodega nahi beech main. Fir 2nd runner up main 1 lakh mil gaya taki koi agar yeh bole ki isko yeh sab bolne ke paise diye hai toh woh kehe sake ki main runner up raha hu. Mere cousin ko bhi 1 lakh offer kar rahe the VLCC wale ki aapko bolna hai ki hamari diet se apne slim kia hai but truth is that mere brother ne 40kg 1 saal se upar without gym and any institution join kare park main jake subha sham and good healthy food kha ke kia hai

its not possible to have that muscle mass with such a low body fat percentage in jus 12 weeks or even double the days. He might have taken steroids .

I too work for IT but I workout 6 days a week. It’s all about how good you are at managing your time, and you manage a project LoL.
Anything will change in constant practice, and 6 pack is not a mantra ! You should have wore a bit loose tshirt. Hahaa I understood that u wanted to show off ur small bicep muscle, but it’s not needed bro!
