I almost never comment on anything, but this video is SOOOOOOO GOOOD, easy to understand and he put all the research that he mentioned in the pinned comment. I never even thought about how different foods fill you up with less calories. Just add some protein with those meals and you're good to go with cutting calories and building muscle at the same time. The effort of this video is much appreciated. Thank you. 😊

Tip of advice : the shirataki noodles take forever to leave your stomach, people have had to get them surgically removed because eating them on a daily /weekly basis can cause stomach problems. Like he said they are insoluble, so they cannot be digested and come out looking just the same as they did in packaging. Instead try heart of palm noodles or zucchini noodles, they are much more beneficial to the body and are actually made for consumption!
Trust me I’ve tried to use the miracle noodles for weight loss but they are not worth the pain and bloating they cause! ♡

Very educational video!! I used to be really fat. I had 390lbs in September last year, and when I saw that number it was way more than I thought it is. I was really mad at myself. It really hit me hard, and I realised I got to do something. Not just sit and wait for problem to resolve itself. It was a life changing decision, because I have probably been on the verge of developing some serious health condition... So at first I got my diet plan created on a website dietarize, which was super helpful to me. In the first two months of following my eating plan I lost 45lbs. And by february of this year another 40, for the total of 85lbs in five months... After that I started slowly exercising. First just by walking, and eventually I joined gym and now I go five days a week, still walking on the weekends. I realised that I am stronger than I ever thought I have been. Never had any confidence, and now I can run, do burpees, do push-ups... I take these small victories!!

Don't just "take" those small victories, bro, use them the same way I used every day since I've quit smoking (2 years next month). Remember each day, play with the numbers in your mind, ( I add up the days and then always ask myself "Do I really want to ruin that record?" and the answer is always 'NO!') congratulate yoruself (Yes! You DO deserve it!) and keep replaying every single thing that you can do now that you couldn't do earlier. "Replay the tape" in your mind over and over of how good it feels to be able to touch your toes or do some pushups, etc. You deserve to enjoy the success you created! Go for it!!

Then you should check out video’s on intermittent fasting. Start doing that for the rest of your life and you should see results. Plus, fasting is very good for your overall health - physically and mentally.
One example of intermittent fasting: Only eat during a certain period every day, for example in in between 3-6, 5-8 etc. During the rest of the day: only drink water, water with lemon, herbal teas.
Skip fruit and sugars completely. Skip gluten completely. Skip processed foods. Skip fruit juice. Skip sodas.
And check out Healthy Keto Diet. It should be the “Healthy” Keto.

@@nabzThegooner physically it’s impossible to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. To loose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit and to gain muscle you need to eat a lot. I suggest you first lose weight and then start bulking to build muscle. Make sure you eat sufficient protein to maintain the muscle you already have and cut out starchy carbs. Starchy carbs cause you to retain water therefore you have a lot of water weight. You’ll lose a good amount water weight in the first two weeks. Make sure you’re having at least 120-150 grams of protein a day depending on your weight, this way you won’t be hungry despite being in a calorie deficit.

Islam is an arabic word that means Submission or Surrender to God the One and Only, Our creator and subsitor, and was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124,000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism to purity and true monotheism.
Many Religions that we know, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but with the time, their original teachings and scriptures were corrupted with polytheism or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays.
Allah means the only and one God, the God of all prophets, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgement, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this life and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa in the Qur'an (Translated by Muhammad Asad) :
171 O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God.
172 Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself:
173 whereupon unto those who attained to faith and did good deeds He will grant their just rewards, and give them yet more out of His bounty; whereas those who felt too proud and gloried in their arrogance He will chastise with grievous suffering: and they shall find none to protect them from God, and none to bring them succour.
174 O MANKIND! A manifestation of the truth has now come unto you from your Sustainer, and We have sent down unto you a clear light.
175 And as for those who have attained to faith in God and hold fast unto Him - He will enfold them within His grace and bounty, and guide them unto Himself by a straight way.

I don’t know if there was a warning in the video so I hope people see this, Shirataki noodles can be dangerous if ate in normal to large quantities. It’s a good weight loss food but it needs to be ate carefully and in smaller portions. It satiates your appetite by causing the stomach to swell a lot, which in turn can cause blockages and digestion issues as well as absorption of medication which reduces their effectiveness. So if you already have some digestion issues it’s a good idea to steer clear from this one. I learned the hard way, had terrible stomach pain for nearly a week. I thought I had appendicitis or some kind of food poisoning. Please do your own research everyone before eating new foods.

The ARMY treated like a pack mule. Because of my specific training it was impossible to get a job in the real world. So I had to do hard manual labor jobs. 28 years later I needed to have my meniscus scraped in my knees. I saw the video they recorded in surgery, they both looked like shredded cheese. After that I started packing on the weight because of the pain in my knees was getting worse not better. Totally the contrary of what my Dr. said. Now I'm 53 and I was told that I have to drop 150 lbs to be considered for knee replacement. I hope these foods help me drop some of this weight, so I can walk without the pain, and get to the point where working out again don't sound like a Drill Sargent barking in my ear.

Well if you're fat, you've already stored plenty of calories. The foods he mentioned may have low calories but they also have most of the vitamins and the like that you need. While cutting back to lose weight you end up lacking in vitamins and minerals. So in this case eating healthy foods with the vitamins and minerals required, your body metabolizes the fat for energy (stored calories) and gains a little bit on top of the required nutrients. Only time that you'd need to ensure you get enough calories is if you're doing heavy workouts and or have a physically demanding job as we don't burn fat fast enough to help maintain such demands. The goal thereafter is to make sure you don't gain everything back that you'd lost by going back to your usual foods as many people seem to do but instead find your maintenance intake for your new weight and physical demands or lack thereof.

    • @MidnightMarrow
      @MidnightMarrow 3 года назад +7

@@nataliesnyder6037 Never said "don't eat" but at the same time the whole purpose of fat is stored caloric energy... You still need plenty of water and other nutrients but for the most part as long as you're not doing serious physical labor, the fat will be burned in place of food. The more physical you are without said foods however, the body isn't able to metabolize fat fast enough as it's much slower than getting it directly, which is where eating is most crucial no matter what body fat you're at. I've found eating between 500 and 1500 calories a day depending on how active you are is plenty fine so long as you've got water and the other required nutrients. The rest of your daily energy needs are pulled from fat, in which case is rapidly consumed throughout the month or months depending on how much you've got and how much you're trying to get rid of. I've seen no negative effects to this unless the person isn't keeping up on the macro nutrients (Vitamins, minerals and protein) as fat is mostly just calories. Point is, while you definitely need to eat, you don't need near as much as people think.

The botanical classification for a tomato is *fruit*. Confusingly, the word "fruit" is both a botanical term (meaning the product of a flower which terns into a seed-bearing vessel) and a culinary term (meaning a sweet-flavored plant part). If the context is diet or cooking, then we say "vegetable". If the context is botanical or scientific, we say "fruit".
