Cardio+ strength training.. Cardio results fat loss not stomach.. Strength training will tight the muscles. If we do only cardio its gives better results initially but later it results muscle loss too.. . So we add strength training to boost up the muscle. Our main goal is REDUCE the fat and INCREASE the muscle(not to lose).

Transformation is very easy friends, all you have to do is to cut down your heavy and poisonous diet to quantified and nutritious one. The hard part is sustaining that habit for a long term . I have transformed my body by losing 15 kg about 3 times till now but because various circumstances and depressive stages I bounced back to the weight that I had lost. The best example in this case is Mr. Ambani. Don't be too harsh on yourself, enjoy outside food but in limitation. You don't have to enroll for acting classes, your body just need to feel fit. That's it.
You will get that from fittr or healthify me. Don't follow someone else's diet plan, better to chalk out your own plan according to your likes and dislikes. Make sure you consume enough macros that your body needs. All the best.

How did you not have loose skin? That's losing 50% of your weight. Also, guys don't do too much cardio at heavy weights. You'll end up hurting yourself. Please take care of yourself

Actually earlier i was also thinking the same. .and at somewhat level it is also a reality that we will have loose skin ( specially at face ) , but to avoid that loose skin...take 8 hour+ sleep and green vegetable slads( cucumber , radish , carrot in specific amount that we need atleast ) and protien like milk , gram , almonds , rajma in morning
