i lost 8kgs of weight just after the first lockdown was uplifted then i was 68-69 kgs not so fat still had manboob and a round belly which i hated. those 8 kgs i lost was just in two months, i used to eat fewer calories than 1000-900 and cycle contantly for an hour daily with consistency. and as i lost weight i gained more confidence to do it again and again, but when i reached my goal of 60 kgs i was much more upset than i was before because wrong deit and excessive cycling didnt help me lose just fat, i lost a lot of muscle mass and my manboob and round belly was now more visible on skinny body and i lost all hopes for me then. i thought all the hardwork and determination went in vain i was mentally tired and didnt wanted to do that horrible torcher to myself ever again. instead i started eating rigorously agian and now i am 80 kgs with much more man boob and round belly and i am just 24 and looking like a 30 years bhaiya mujhse 6-7 sal chote bacche muhhe uncle bolne lage h. Abhi maine himmat juta kar roze rakhne shuru kiye hain left all the unhealthy foods i.e., no sugar no oil. i break my fast with too much of fruits nuts grams and green veggies then i eat a meal with 2 rotis and in morning i eat oats fibrous fruits nuts and eggs. from past 1 week i have been doing all of this with 30 min of cycling and lots of weight traing. i hope i'll be here after an year telling you all that i lost all of my man boob my belly fat with atleast 20-25 kgs and gained a lot of muscle mass. now one thing is for sure that im not going for weight loss too soon instead ill work hard for more time and achieve it more legally.

Always remember you didn't put that weight on in a few months, it won't come off in that short a time. 6kg in 3 months, that's 0.5kg a week. That's a safe weight loss speed. Go through your diet, make sure you cut out processed food, refined sugar and manage portions. 1600-1700 calories per day is usually a good intake. Exercise in the morning, go to bed early and move as much as you can. I've lost 25kg so far, from 153kg. It's taken over a year, and I'm not done yet. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
I was 75 kg my height is 5.9ft i stayed in 72 kg for 2months after that i start losing to 67 during cutt… Cut sugar totally, consume less carbohydrates, do heavy lifting till failure and increase your protein.. m sure your body has adapted to your current calorie intake so zig zag cycle helped me
