Mam i live in hostel so i can't cook any thing i have only cattle, so can i replace morining breakfast with fruit or poha or sprouts and luch with 2 roti and yogurt and daal And evening with makhana or nothing and dinner with 2 roti and daal
I'm also a hosteller...I lost 25 kg in last 6 month.....you can replace it by oats,milk and one piece of banana....you can replace the banana with an whole boiled egg, which will be much preferable ❤
Weight training makes muscle pump. Which Makes your skin fuller and more define .. better to eat low sodium and excess water in body also makes lose skin more ugly.. low water in body shrink up some skin
I have faced a lot of bully 😔 because of men boobs... Specially in school...... Some of the student are like always grab my men boobs from behind and after then they all make Lough together including my own friends some time infront of teachers also
Brother as a matter of fact spot reduction is not possible. You have to do your overall body exercises then your fat portion from legs will be also reduced. But it you want to more focus on your leg fat then focus more on your leg exercises, do with full range of motion and gradually increase the number of sets... Hope it will be beneficial 👍🏻
Interesting, watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
