My weight was 75kg now it is 52kg I started working out in lockdown in 3months I got best results ..my diet was eating one egg with veggies in the morning with black coffe , lunch I ate brown rice with tuna fish or chicken breast along with veges , dinner again an egg with veggies and jawar roti along with fruit after every meal ... once in a week I skipped dinner , please stay hydrated and workout and run also don't take any supplements which can harm ...
