    I was 106 now I am 91. Time it took me is 100 days. I am 30 year old. My target is 80. Hopefully I can reach that.

    Great inspiration, I was 105 kgs in Oct, and have reduced 7 kgs and am 98 kgs in Feb, but metabolism is slow as I am 49 yrs old and am still building my stamina as am working out after 10 years.

      U shud tightly focus ur diet only n become ur own chef ....there are many dishes which are easy to prepare n are very tasty ...n healthy to eat.....u can search you tube n become ur own chef n try to add one changes at a time not take too much pressure on yourself.....n make this weight loss journey enjoyable....not too much depend on ur wife n mother bcz they can't understand the hard work u do n changes u faceee.....n how motivated u feel ..ask me anytime for any help.......😊😊😊😊👍👍👍

      @@sandeepgowda3365 hi Sandeep....do one thing every morning make it a habbit that u drink black coffee as its act like an anti oxidant....n go for a walk or jog as ur capability growing day by day ....after that come home stop atta ... instead if it take jowar roti aur.....Ghar ki saari different daalein piswa le chakki se n eat that roti with jowar...WID ur home made sabzi...n drink water before a meal ...it will makee u feel full ..... after that take ur every meal after every meal drink green tea n make it a habbit after every meal ......in morning if it's possible than make omelette of 6 eggs widout yellow portion ......u can add one yellow part as it contains vit b12 in it which is also very necessary for body.....in afternoon take that jowar roti WID dal roti n WID ur home made sabzi cook only in Desi ghee or sarson ka tail.....before lunch take some fruits of u can like apple or something n in lunch add salad too ....so that u can digest that lunch easily......afternoon take some dry fruits like badam WID tea or green tea widout sugar .......n in evening take 150 Gms chicken ....or daal cheela ..jowar cheela ....WID some sauted vegetables.....try to take night meal as early as possible.......like before 8 pm when u sleep at 12 o clock......n drink green tea after 45 min ok dinner....n drink some warm water....try to take some time for ur exercise in the evening like badminton...swimming ...or any other sports ...... which u can enjoy as an exercise.....then it's become a combination WID ur morning walk or jog do it for min 40 min.....stop sugar white salt instead u take black salt.....for cooking of ur dal sabzii......stop dairy products instead u take chach ....but that is too home made like take curd n add more water than curd......n drink it in lunch ......u can. Take paneer if u want in dinner but only in place of chicken...in 150 Gms quantity nn it shud be marinated in little bit of curd ...or sometime WID besan ....n ear it too WID salad ...or sauted veg tooo.......

    Mera 3 and half months hogaye. In the beginning 108 tha ab 97 hu. Yeh month end tak 94-95 ke beech me aajunga.( HARD TRUTH WHAT NO ONE TELLS IS, ITS HARD TO LOOSE WEIGHT)🙂 I f..... Up I'm 120kgs now as per September 28

    HIS FULL ROUTINE
    MORNING:-
    7am wake up
    After brushing: 30ml awla juice+giloey with water
    JOG 45 MINUTES
    BREAKFAST: 5EGG WHITES OMLETTE+OATS with VEGGIES
    SNACK: GREEN TEA+APPLE+ORANGE
    NOON(1;00):- FRUITS
    Lunch:- 2 JAWAR ROTI+SABZI&RAITA(CURD)
    Evening:-
    Swimming/badminton/any sport
    EVENING:- GREEN TEA+DRY FRUITS
    DINNER:-
    Jowar/daal CHEILA
    //Chicken breast

    I started gym from 6th january 2021 . At that time i was around 98.2 kg now on 24th january 2021 i am currently at 92.9 kg . I have lost more than 5 kg in just 17 days.
    Things i have done for weight loss
    ● No junk food outside
    ● No Refined flour,sugar in diet
    ● Use of Rock salt in place of sea salt
    ● Calorie deficit - I am only taking 1000-1200 calories a day
    ● Daily 3-4 Egg white boiled
    ● Daily one apple, some peanuts,almonds and dates
    ● 1 hour workout in gym
    Wish i touch 75 kg in next 2-4 months😄

    Earlier I was 145 kgs and now I am 133.4 kgs..I have stopped eating fried and sugary foods..I m also having grade 3 fatty liver..But I guess I m on the right track after quitting alcohol and fried and sugary foods..I m 37 years old..

    I was 141 at oct 30 I started my journey at 1 nov and now we are at the half of December (month and half) lost 10 kg (131 now) and I'm still going, I pleatued for 1 week and half I couldn't loseany kg) then I lost 2 kg more.
    I'm prediabetic in my 24 yr old, Im a medical physican, so I needed to lose weight.
    My plan was:
    3 days cardio or HiiT
    3days resistance exercise
    1 or 2 days breaks
    6 days Intterment fasting 16:8 or 18:6 sometimes
    Ozampic injection (GLP1injection)
    Focusing more in home food and protein
    1 cheats meal and should not be too heavy.

      breakfast 2 boil eggs tea without sugar or dahi,lunch 200 grams boil chicken with salad,afternoon green tea,dinner jo(barlay) ki roti with any salan,10 to glass water daily in between, 5km morning and evening walk each total 10km,u can take nuts almonds whenever u feel hunger in between

    I AM VERY IMPRESSED AND My situation is so similar like him. I was at 116Kg 3 months back but I am at 93 Kg and is working my way to 84Kg(I am 6ft tall and that’s the ideal weight for me as I don’t want to be too skinny).

      Don't worry u can't become took skinny if u take protein properly....like Ghar ki saari daale ikathi KR k piswa loo....in after noon eat that roti WID any home made sabzi n salad......n if ur non veg u got ample of things to get that protein n not loose ur skin n shine......n eats eggs n other home made chicken marinated with sauted veg in dinner but chicken shud not be more that 200 Gms....and ate that to before or 8 pm ...aks me any help u want thanks a lot dear n best of luck for ur journey....😊😊👍👍

    My weight was 75kg now it is 52kg I started working out in lockdown in 3months I got best results ..my diet was eating one egg with veggies in the morning with black coffe , lunch I ate brown rice with tuna fish or chicken breast along with veges , dinner again an egg with veggies and jawar roti along with fruit after every meal ... once in a week I skipped dinner , please stay hydrated and workout and run also don't take any supplements which can harm ...

      @@goodgirlryeo7639 well... most of the time i just ate food made in my home and i replaced my breakfast with fruits , and also try to complete 8000-1000 steps daily , and workout daily , you will see results , you just have to be consistent with your diet if you can do that you will see results quuckly

    Can I take milk regularly? Bcz I heard lot of advices " dont take milk.. u should avoid it completely " but I can't stop taking milk. Can anyone help with this point?

      See milk ko lene n avoid krne ka bhii tarreeka hai like ....u use soya milk instead of regular milk .....or u use double tonnes milk but in curd form.....n make chach instead WID more water ...less curd......in afternoon WID dinner n take lott of protein....n not become too depressed ki mere milk chooth jayega ....there are several fantastic dishes I would told u that u enjoy the flavour ...n taste ....n fulfill the needs of milk.....but for it's u shud become ur own chef .....n make n numbers if dishes available on you tube nnn make it dishes like an artist make his drawing.....n painting........but ist month is difficulty.....slowly n slowly daily add some new dish n habbit in ur day to day life ....n one day it become ur routine n then ur ready to loose any weight u want........now I m at 75 kgs ...my best weight I want to touch my abs now.....wish me luckkk

    Without exercise by just consuming less calories I loose 8kg in two months.. gaining and loosing weight depends on the intake of the calories. So consume less calories and burn more calories more u will loose ur weight. Consume less calories by eating less calories food and Calories can be burn by walking, drinking green tea etc

      Yaar brother believe it or not meine koi fat burner nahi liya n protein .....I concentrate on one thing my diet n become my own chef .......never depend on my wife ...mother .....n I left sugar ..white salt...n use black salt ..or kala namak ...green tea...eggs omelette....daal ki rotii Jo har month Ghar ki saari daale piswata hunnnn....n in afternoon I ate it WID any homemade sabzi WID raita ...jisme water itna daalta hunnki wo chach ban Jaye n WID one jowar roti....n after noon chicken marinated WID sauted veg ....or eggs with salad or paneer marinated WID salad or sauted veggg....ask me any help u want...
