      So right, i lost abt 10 kg,s in a year, n i do it steadly like i simply changed my lifestyle, then i was obease n now im normal with bmi of 20, n plus i did,nt put on so much weight before like my max weight was 65 kgs n i look horrible, just simply change your lifestyle n slowly you,ll get results👌

    Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly.     I have lose 4 kg in 2 months from 60 kg to 56 its really hard for me to avoid junk food 😭 still working on it n winter mh weight loss krna bohot muskil hota h 2 hours gym still no sweating. Sweating is a v.importnt part of work out n ya it will definitely take 5/6 month to be fit n I won't give up its really motivated me😘

    If I skip my food entirely, obviously I ll lose weight faster... But not healthily and would gain it back after a while. Would never want to lose weight like this. I eat proper indian meal, with less salt, less oil and quantity of meals are smaller
    .. And I am losing weight. ☺️😊

    Obese should never loose weight very fast. Skin becomes very saggy permanently. Thumb ruke is loosing 2.5 kg month at max.

      @@sehrishrazvi4732 hi dear so being indian i do twist my keto diet with indian recipes i dont do breakfast but i have 1 teaspoon of ghee and 1 teaspoon cocunut oi as my breakfast and chughle a cup of coffee with stevia and and heavy cream , then go for a walk for an hour ,i make patta gobi sabzi and keep it in fridge and just fry it with 3 to 4 eggs for lunch its very feeling and may be eat dinner at 8 to 9 depending on what time i feel hungry and for dinner i will have chicken curry with flaxseed roti ,or almond flour keto roti recipes ull find on RUclips ofcourse anybody will get tired of the same thing so just keep switching the sabzis but stick to keto roti ,or chicken soup. you want to eat dessert just make dessert like rasmalai,burfi anything thats made out of milk and not attas and just add stevia instead of regular sugar hope this helps .and yes dont forget supplements add bvitamins ,potassium i take all from dr eric bergs website really life changing .if you need to understand more about keto just watch dr eric berg videos or palak notes.

      Chapatis you can skip... But at least 2 days in a week you can have chapatis ... But don't skips.. proteins ,vitamins and minerals...eat everything but limited quantity.... And exercise more...no need to do such a crash diet .like her

    Its not a good diet, no proteins, no carbs, not sustainable for longer duration. You hampered your metabolism. Even u start eating roti n rice chances of gaining weight is high.

    O god no proper pre work out meal and post work out meal.. whatever she does i dont think good for internal health... i m not criticising her achievements but the way she does ... seems not right. She is having pineapple juice ... she almost kills all good things in juicer...

    Let me tell you, I know her personally and she has been very dedicated in losing her weight and she actually gave up everything she used to love eating, she used to walk twice a day for not less than 15-16 kms.
    Whatever she said in this video is true …
    So before you pass any stupid comments or be judgemental about anyone. Think twice because you are able to comment cos you can’t compete with her.
    Also she said she followed this diet and never asked you all to follow.
    The least you can do is to spare her if you all can’t praise her effort & dedication.

    mein school tym se heavy thi par overweight nai thi . matlab so contradictory statements
    Diet is completely crash diet which will crash the system . there is no protein at all and top pf that she has been showing lifting weights.. what typ of message u wanna give to people crsh ur system and be fit ...big lol Fat to fit give some real story and not so much exaggeration .

      Doesn't matter if you eat junk food or not, if you're overweight that means you're eating more than your body needs. Figure out your caloric intake (basal metabolic rate) and subtract 300 calories from that number. That's how much you should be eating to lose weight.

    Her legs are locked when shes doing the leg press. And then her squat formation is so wrong. She needs to focus on depth with no weights on the smith machine first. Then slowly adding weight. With her form she will be giving herself back pain. Add only eating a bowl of fruits pineapple juice and broccoli isnt sustainable. You need to eat more to build muscle and tone your body after weightloss

    No solid foods??! I lost over 60kg in a year eating carbs every meals
    Am maintaining now without gym as i work in office and reach home late everyday
    I eat clean during the week.. weekends i eat whatever i want
    For how long can one have only liquids
    When you'll start eating solid foods.. you'll gain weight for sure

      Xl matlab she's talking about plus size dresses I guess waise 94 kgs m toh 3xl ya 4xl dress aata hain mujhe khud pata hain ess baare m 3 months pehle I was 96kgs ab I'm 80 now I fit in 2xl size clothes. I have to lose more 20kgs to fit in M size that's my next target

    There is no protein in your diet, and from the morning itself you are putting so much acidic food in your body, you need a nutritionist my dear, have protein b4 and after your workout. go low carb like around 100ggms a day and around 43 to 46 gms of protein per day, skip juice eat fruit and veggies. Avoid any kind of sugar even honey. please seek guidance else you will loose hair, teeth, glow ,muscle mass everything and all this acid is creating inflammation I'm your body.

    Koi yeh diet na follow kare. It will cause nutritional deficiency.. skin aur hair ke saath saath kamzori bhi hogi. Khaas kar ke young age ki larkian. I went on an extreme diet like this in my teens, aur mera hair loss itna bura hua ki abhi takk growth sahi nahi meri baalon ki.
