I was loosed my fitness structure after c section.and became darker... It madee ashame..because all of my dress not suits me..but still I think that's situation can be change it I want...and now I taking care of myself..and ofcourse it is working....so everybody need to get self-care to make them happy and blessimg life

You are lucky when you workout you have someone to look after baby. Here single handed have to do all.😥 Here 2 years hogaye, improper sleep due to baby. Ab lagta baby nursery jayegi tabhi Khud ke liye time milega for workout.

My little one keeps me awake most of time, not possible I think for normal house wife to put down weight so easily without servant or help for baby work.
@@safia9809 u r right dear...sleep has a very big role in weight loss journey..i am also facing this problem...that's why i am gaining weight day by day..i try to save some time for my exercise but not possible with my little infant...you know i was a martial art player ...known so many exercises but now these days not able to do..sometimes i feel ashamed to see me..how i looks now...not any cloth fit to me..my confidence level going down.. But i hope i will get my figure back ...that doesnot far...sorry for my bad english...actually i am learning english..

@@indirarao7341 Hey, I started with very light yoga stretches for back pain. Exercises like cat cow, puppy pose, etc. really help with back pain. And please try to take one small 1 minute break and walk around in the house after every hour of sitting!
Uptill now I would have seen almost 100+ weighloss videos. And always felt if this is possible because they all had high protien diet and specail workout. But this is the most beautiful video I havw ever seen❤️. Cause this tells you that even though having 2 breaks in a week and having a typical indian diet, you still can achieve a hour glass figure.❤️❤️

At the tym of delivery I was 84 now I’m 75/76 n my pre pregnancy weight was 65. I just have one problem I cannot join gym. So can u just show set of exercise you used to do?

Your speech gives me more motivation and confidence also makes my mind to start working out exercises, diet. But there is a small doubt, from when should i start my diet? As am still giving milk feeding to my baby. She also takes the supplement vegetables and fruits puree.
Halie harasyn workouts are good...I m also mother of 10 months old baby n don't want to hit gym..doing her 28 days challenge with balanced diet n reduced 3 kg..I m still breastfeeding so can't go for strict diet..I don't agree with this as mine was also c section but I started workouts when I was completely fit
If you are not used to exercising,start by walking workouts. Search them on RUclips,you can do Susana Yabar's workout. They are very effective and good for beginners.
