1) Finish time pe khana khaao
2)raat mai jeera or methi bhigokar next morning pani chaankr pi jaao
3)methi ya jeera pani morning mai pine ke baad aap1 hour walk .
Uske baad 8 or 9 finish time mai morning breakfast fast
3) height ke according roti leni hai 5 feet 1 ya 5 feet 2 inch height hai to 1 roti saalad jaayad
Agr height jayada hai only 2 roti ,saalad
Uske baad bhuk lge to apple
Agr biech mai bhuk lge to makhana rosted ya bhujha chana, bhuji moogfali, yaa koi fruits khaaye
Ya moog daal ka chila ya vegetable poha
4) dophar ko 1 ya 2 ke bje khana
Khaane se pahle 2 ya 1 glass pani
Lunch mai 1 choti roti,1 katori chawal,saalad, dahi daal ye sab khaaye
6)bunch 4 bje ke aas paas aap bhuja chana,roasted mugfali, fruits,
7) dinner 7 ya 8 bje ke beech 1 ya 2 roti daal, sabji saalad
Dinner ke 1 hour baad 20 min walk
8) night agr bhuk lge to cow milk but packet ka naa ho
Cow milk mai satavar powder agr female hai to
Agr male hai to cow milk ke saath ashwagandha powder
Raat ko raat baadam , 2 aakhrot bhigo de raat ko fir next morning breakfast se pahle khaa le
Dinner,lunch, breakfast se pahle 1 glass water
Water atleast all day mai 3.5 or 4 litre
