One can lose upto 5kg in a month by following this simple weight loss diet plan. I lost 5 kg in 1.5 months.
Did 30min aerobics, 30 min badminton, 30 min walk.
8-10 glasses of water
1100-1200 calories.
Tea without sugar.
No direct sugar intake apart from marie biscuits (4 per day)
60g paneer after workout.
1 banana and Black coffee before workout.
8-9 hrs sleep coz recovery is very important.
Breakfast and lunch recipe
Can I add milk to the tea?

Plz tell me 1 thing ...wats the Rolled oats??Are they different from regular oats that we have in our homes.. ie.kellogs or Quaker oats
Rolled oats are the same oats but these are not in grain form, these are just rolled/ pressed and can be cooked easily.
