    I lost 17 kilos in 5 months. 87 kilos in august 2019 and now 70.
    I have a baby and cant go to gym but i walk, have 1300 calories diet and excercise at home. I still need to lose 10 more kilos but i am greatful to Allah what i achieved.
    U can lose at home, just have faith that u can do it and dont give up

      I will add my diet as much as possible. I have to mention that i wake up 9 am and drink my apple cider vinegar and drink my coffee. I eat breaksfast between 11 am or 12am.
      Breakfast: 9am: 1 glass apple cider vinegar and tea or coffee
      Exceicise watching youtube 15 minutes
      12am: porriadge with half banana and half spoon peanut or almond butter OR 1 slice bread with 1 egg and half avocado OR 2 scrambeled egg with onion, tomatoes, spinach and pepper.
      Lunch: always soups: chicken soup, vegetable soup, carrot soup, mushroom soup. 300 calories
      I did again my excercise half hr like jumping, dancing and more while my baby is sleeping
      Dinner: quinoa salad with small piece chicken or fish OR Cooked vegetables with mushroom and quinoa or potatoes OR 1 chapati with ur favorit dish.
      I did have a cheat day once a week where i woyld eat, biryani, burger and kebabs. I didnot have any sugar, snacks, fizzy drinks or chathpathi things. My cheat meal were less than 2000 calories so u should even b a little care full on cheat days as u cant just eat whatever u want

      Yes dear excellent idea Mera BMI weight hona Chahiye 45-50 kg but after pregnancy 75kg tk increase ho gaya tha, mera C-section hua h, baby v kuchh din hi tha sath ab ni rha mere sath kuchh problems ki bjh se god ke pass jana pda usko, aise mental stress ki bjh se mujhe healthy & fit rhne ki bjh ni bchi thi, aapka video dekhkr mujhe v ab lgta h fit ho jana Chahiye
      after delivery i'm also decreased 12kg after 3 months , mera height 5.1" n weight in pregnancy 75kg ho gaya tha ,but mera c - section hua h, isliye mujhe proper guidance Chahiye ,
      av v mera weight 63kg h mujhe v 6moths me 50-55 kg lana h, thank you so much

    Manisha Ji.. there's a question please answer..After my delivery I got rheumatoid arthritis..bcz of which I cannot eat protein rich diet, I am suppos to eat only chapati and green veggies ..so plz suggest what to eat while exercising

      @@vijayrohilla3230 hi dear..in Breakfast you can have dalia without sugar, sabudana, vermicelli or cornflakes. Fruits, makhane, besan chilla with little amount of ghee..there are various options. But try to avoid sugar as much as possible

    Only the thing i cant do was early to bed and early to rise as my baby dont allow me to sleep early and wake up early rest i will definitely do from today

    Hi I m so inspired by your video. I have two kids I have saggy stomach and all my body is out of shape. I seriously want to get back to shape and feel healthy. I feel very heavy n shirt breadths.. I hope I can do like you 👍👍
