I got so shocked to hear suddenly that “I remember my first tedx talk to introduce my mom to gym, mujhe yaad hai main aapko gym khinchke ke gaya tha”!!!! Till this point I had no idea that this lady is even related to him!!😱😱🥹🥹 he treated his mom the same way as other guests!! Hats off to his professionalism and also her mom’s professionalism!❤ I need to see this podcast, I’ve missed it

Yoga doesn’t make the core stronger. It only makes ur body flexible. Only Pilates does. I did yoga for years. Nothing happened. Doing Pilates since one year. Have got superb strength and stamina and mental calm also. Can do strength training with weights easily now. Lost inches and 10 kg. Feel great. Pilates is best and life changing. It gives super mind and body connection. U don’t get tired. . I have done Zumba tabata fitness class yoga and all but nothing is as good as Pilates. I m gonna be 52 but super strong. My friends call me Pilates girl. 😀
I don't know which type form of yogasan u had done but I am damp sure if u do hath yoga and ashtanga ur core will be strong. I am very confident bcoz myself yoga teacher.. namaste

In yoga range is important.. how much u can bend or stretch and how much you can hold the asanas is important. But in Pilates maintaining your form with engagement of your core is most important not the range.
Right, absolutely right !! Specially for women after child birth these pelvic floor muscles weak ho jati and doctors always suggest these kegel exercises 😊
She's so practical. Most of the time yt ppl take extreme examples of old ppl being fit, but in reality majorly u need to focus on safety as injury in old ashes is very hard to recover. From a young age if ur don't high impact them OK don't start with that especially when u r old. Slowly building up might b boring but injury will halt everything so b most practal about safety.

Moola bandha. Bandha family. Kumbhak means just to hold. Bandha is a technique for different parts. Don't teach her(ranveer's mom) if you don't know thoroughly. She is a doctor and explained perfectly. You don't need to be oversmart anjali sharma.

this exercise is in our Yoga too. it is called Ashwini Mudra. but its pity that its known as keggles exercise as Dr Kaggle learnt from Our Yoga only.🤭🤭
Stop using gadgets and keep all habits which our ancestors did,eat properly with portion control,keep moving and visiting temples and doing pradakshina….keep lifestyle simple and good health will surely follow….

Ghar ke kaam exercise nahi hai. Unka asar bhi exercise jaisa nahi hota. So many ladies bodies who are working at home, are very weak.
