I did my Big 3 about 4 years ago and I took the time to hide the cable runs for a clean look. Everything looks stock and you can't even tell it exist. My voltage is at 14.7 with a 14 year old Optima Yellow Top.

Can I ask why you didn't ground the engine block to the frame? You covered the battery to the block, block to the cab but not the block to the frame?
Thanks for the question. I will install it today.
When i did mine i noticed that there was a ground from my block to the fire wall so i did the same thing, should i swap it to the frame tho
