    Why take the battery out. Leave that battery and add to it.

      Because you can’t put a lead acid battery with lithium cells

      @@jeromeysmith1990 so replace with lithium

      @@natekry You can’t put those lithium cells under the hood because they don’t do so well with heat. I did a lot of research before I installed them. They are plenty of videos.

    Are you going to install a high output alternator as well?

      @@drew5992 Yes it will be a mechman or a JS 370amp alternator

    hey bro so i got a 05 tahoe stock alt. So anyways im going to do a battery delete get a jp40lithium battery. its gonna go under my seats. so I have to make a bracket or like a "fake battery" where ill connect my old upfront agm battery wiring + and -?
    so power wire from alt straight to rear battery. and second power wire of alt to fake battery under hood where stock + wire goes. and repeat for negative ?

      Yes do the big 3 as well and also run the negative engine ground straight to rear battery and rear battery negative to chassis.

    Running those 2 cable runs from alternator to back batteries Is it safe and also is there any issues with current flow based on the length of wire

    • @jeromeysmith1990
      @jeromeysmith1990  9 месяцев назад +3

      As long as the wire is properly fused it’s safe. 50ft of 2/0 welding cable can handle up to 400 amps. My voltage stays around 14.4-14.8 with music playing.

      @jeromeysmith1990 ok thanks for replying back I taught u absolutely had to use front battery 1st then send cables to back nice I subscribed to

      @@Pau11984 It’s the same concept. Your factory battery has a power wire going straight to the alternator. If it’s a short run some people don’t fuse but some do to be on the safe side. Thanks for subscribing! More videos to come.
