KSP - Klingon K'Tinga Class Battle Cruiser - Epic VFX Battle, SFX and AI Voice Overs

- I've been working on this for a few weeks now, it all started initially with designing the K'Tinga (some might now it as the older D7 from TOS) merely as a cameo for another project I'm working on. But then I liked how it came out and thought it would be a pity to not make another video solely for this famous ship.
First I want to give a huuuuge thanks to @NickBDesigns, fellow KSP player and sound designer, he was of invaluable help for me and created some of the sound effects by himself exclusively for this video. Check out his channel:

I've put a huge amount of work into designing the ships, recording the footage, creating the visual effects, adding sound effects and finally AI voice overs.
For some VFX scenes I used presets from @ActionVFXofficial, those guys have a huge selection of incredible footage which can be easily added to your footage, all of them come with an alpha mask for simple handling. Check out there products:

They also have really good and easy to follow free tutorials, it's really worth a try!
So here it is, the iconic Klingon battle ship from the Star Trek movies and series, hunting down an innocent and unsuspecting Saladin Class (the one-nacelle Federation ship).
So I really hope you enjoy the ride!
Cheers

- Recorded in Kerbal Space Program
- Edited with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and some Photoshop
- AI Voice Over with genny.lovo.ai/

"ridiculous excuse of a ship": That's how I feel about those one-nacelle jobs, too.
Well, apparently it's designed to be cannon fudder :D
Revenge is a dish best served cold, great work MP !
Thanks a lot mate!
VAOS sent me here, and man am I glad he did!
I was very flattered when I saw my own ship in his video all of a sudden. Vaos is the best
Some stellar work here.
Klingons can be such jerks 😢
Thanks! :)
Your ships design and visual effects are on top quality ! Nice work!
Thanks man! :)
love the generations music! the whole thing was awesome!!!
Thanks man, appreciated!
Amazing work, congratulations!
Thanks a lot!
This video has an extremely high quality. It is Incredible, If you had not written KSP in the title I never would have guessed that it was!
I really enjoyed all of it. There are so many small details that make this video great. I hope my friends will also think so.
These Klingons are really badass.
Thank you! That means a lot to me
Grüße aus Deutschland/greedings from Germany
Your Work is stunning
Its is Epic
Incredible.
Thanks!
Incredible ship design, video editing and voice acting, everything on base of KSP is just madness! This is panda! :D
Bro really insane skills, keep on going!
Too kind :) but will do!
Amazing!
Great video and i like your editing and also the vfx. I just personally think that this is not the sort of content most people like to watch, but with your editing and cinematic skills, you could do great things!
Thanks for the feedback. I'm aware that I'm serving a very small niche but I do it mainly for myself, it's fun and good practice
@@manicpanda8741 Yeah that‘s right. Why do something if ur not having fun doing it 🙂
amazing work as always
Thanks you! :)
Beautifully done!!!
Thanks bud, you contributed to its completion
how are you so good with visual effects? also the federation ship without the 2 warp drive things on the side look incredibly cursed (yes i know the bottom part is supposed to be the warp drive)
Part of my daily work is videography. I try to teach myself VFX etc by making those videos
Congratulations, this is amazing work, I would love to see a behind the scenes video on how you created such a high level of quality for this video.
How did you make the blaster visual effects, they are flawless and I would like to learn to do them for a film project I am working on.
Thanks for the compliment. What exactly is your project about? I was always thinking about adding a making of. I'm just not sure if people are really interested in that. Before I put a lot of effort in this, I need to know if it's worth it
@@manicpanda8741 For sure I would be interested in learning more about VFX.
My project is a KSP short film about a Kerbal expedition to Duna with a dark twist to it 😏
@@leonardobonanno5115 I just had a look at your duna video "pitch" and I have a rough idea of what you're up to now. So you're using DV Resolve, I'm using After Effects. I don't know to what point the techniques I've been using can be 1:1 translated from one software to another. But I think I can at least show you which tutorials I've been watching, since for me too, the process of making the video was mainly to improve my editing skills. I'd suggest you give me some way to contact you directly, maybe via discord and we can have a talk, instead of me making video, which would consume a sh..load of time. What do you think?
Morgan Freeman!
:)
That can't be KSP surely 😂
Well, yes and no I guess? :D
