The K't'inga-Class Klingon Battlecruiser

The K't'inga-class battlecruiser succeeded the D7-class as the backbone of the Klingon fleet in the 2270s, and the class was still serving the Empire over a century later during the Dominion War. This video documents the legacy of the K't'inga-class from The Motion Picture through Picard (including an anachronistic appearance in the 22nd century--for more information, see this excellent article: www.ex-astris-scientia.org/ar... ). Fun fact: the name K't'inga-class comes from the novelization of The Motion Picture and to-date has not been stated in dialogue.

Also a actual model of a battle cruiser in tng booby trap. Memory Alpha says it's a k'tinga. When Geordie goes in the holodeck and sees the ship out the window. Its on the desk to the left.

Data was right when he said he was in error as the tactics of the Klingon crew on the T'Ong were playing possum as with hostile alien races like the Klingons from the days of the Federation/Klingon wars were known to lull they're enemies into a false sense of security or in the case of the T'Ong made the crew of the Enterprise D made them think they were still in stasis.
