Just a suggestion, maybe you could give a brief explanation in text when showing the "wrong" way, because I think not everyone especially newbies can understand by only watching. Anyway, Great video!

You missed a rear deltoid exercise, that part of the shoulders is responsible for keeping your shoulders back, also a scapula activation movement. Both can be done at home, u can find it on YT.
Normalmente sempre usa como base pra qualquer exercício o tempo é de 10 segundos ou no caso é repetições ou seja comece com 3x10 (repita o movimento 10 veses repetindo 3 veses) é com o tempo vá aumentando a quantidade de repetições
Simple: Military barbell press Upright rows Side lateral dumbbell raises Rear lateral dumbbell raises Pike close “grip” push ups Upright dips. This goofy stuff will never build capped delts.
im also going to the gym and I love some of the exercises you just listed but training shoulder is not gonna relieve a bad posture. In terms of rounded shoulders, stretching and training the upper back muscles as wells as stretching every pec and neckj muscle is the best thing to do

последнее упражнение лишнее=) если плечи ушли вперед скорее всего дисбаланс мышц. Зачастую мышцы спины, заднии дельты и широчайшие ослабеленны, их качать надо, а не тянуть.

5) 2:47 - Rear Shoulders Stretch ( 3 Sets - 15 Reps )

Do Chakrasana and dhanurasana for 15 days, these both are very helpful yogic kriyas in case of Round shoulders.
