My training was always done in opposite order - the harder version first (full) followed by the easier version (kneeling) til failure. I'm curious as to why this order is recommended? Thanks for the great videos!
перешел с классических подходов, на которых сидел пол года почти без результатов, на сеты... результат резко появился. а времени тратить приходится раза в 2 меньше, да еще и травматичность гораздо ниже.
@@excelennce009 вместо одного упражнения за подход на максимум делается 3-4 упражнения на ту же группу мышц с уменьшенной нагрузкой и фиксированным кол-вом повторений. например, классическое сгибание на бицепс я заменил молотом+сгибанием+перекрестным сгибанием с нагрузкой в 2 раза ниже оригинала. если есть всего 2 упражнения на группу, то за сет делается 2 круга.

Dont do it every day do it once or twice a week so your muscles have time to recover cuz you muscles need time to regenerate I've done it for 40 days no days off didn't see a difference then I done it twice a week and now I see the results 💪 we all gonna make it Brah

People think that bodyweight movements are easy, but when you apply correct/proper form along with static holds and negatives, shit gets tough real quick!

Yes you need to work your way up to it,I'll be honest i couldn't do it for five minutes nonstop i would get tired quickly,you have to develop the stamina first.
@@GlenRoss-ug5jm yes indeed....i've started doing the REALLY slow pushups 10 at a time with hands as far down past chest as i can...2 or 3 sets at most with 5 min rest in between !! LOL. I have started noticing gains though...most notably when i bend my normal matchstick arms i have a semi-decent bicep bulge now, and i feel my strength improving daily. I need to rest every second day though, otherwise i am done. Baby steps for me..

I just started working out when I was in rehab . So I would say it's a total of 3 months of pure consistency so far 💪
