Para el que pregunta, si funciona, yo hago 3 repeticiones y otras 2 repeticiones de unas que sube el mismo, la verdad en 3 días eh visto el cambio, pero recuerden, hagan bien los ejercicios no hagan cosas mal hechas y no es necesario hacerlo como el lo hace osea la velocidad, la realidad es que entre más lento sea el ejercicio mejor es y también recuerden que si llegan al fallo muscular no sigan, bueno solo eso digo y cuídense tomen agua, ah y también yo la verdad no llevo un déficit calórico yo como de todo xd, pero cada que puedo hago ejercicio.
@@maxxiwavemusic te doy un ejemplo, haces lagartijas, y lo normal es tener un límite, cuando ya no sientas que puedas hacer esa lagartija deja de hacerla y descansa y si se puede llegar antes de eso, es mejor, si no me entiendes lo que te quiero decir es que cuando estas haciendo lagartijas esto te cuesta fuerza, energía, el fallo muscular es muy importante ya que pues, si tu paras antes de llegar ah el te dará grandes resultados.
Man I know on my example that it's not so easy to develop proper muscular structure. I was struggling for a long period of time. It's not that I didn't know how to exercise, I just didn't eat enough and I didn't eat right food. I had to invest in a meal plan. When I got one from Next Level Diet things just started to get better and I realized what mistakes I have been doing.
