Serg Tech hello, I just wanna asj for help i how to return back the setting of my laptop because I cannot open it
Serg Tech I have a acer e15 and I’m not sure what happened to it. I turned it on and it was brand new and something called Ubuntu popped up and it also said boot manager. Any idea on how I can just make a account so I can use this computer?
I tried it but it stuck on Clear some space and try again
After factory reset,its windows 8. Will it automatically upgrade to windows 10 ? I'm a bit nervous to reformat my Acer aspire e 15. But no choice, because it's running too slow :'(

This worked great. I had a virus and when I set my computer to a earlier date it created an error on the computer that would not allow it to start, but it gave me the chance to go to the advanced options menu. This method cleared the problem. THANKS!

Dash3r when I called acer the customer service rep told me it would cost $200 for the operating system. The laptop I had only cost $200, of course I told them to SMD though.

So when I tried it the only options I have in the advanced options were UEFI Firmware settings as well as startup settings unsure why I don’t have another option

Del trabajo me asignaron este modelo de laptop y asi como me la han entregado es una tortuga de lenta, un I3 sin disco SSD, con toda la basura heredada del anterior usuario... a ver si tengo suerte clonando el disco actual a un SSD con Clonezilla, ampliando memoria de 8Gb a 16 Gb y utilizando tu instructivo para llevarla a la condicion de fabrica, sino para poder trabajar bien me va a ser imposible. Yo digo, a quien se le occurriria utilizar una computadora de este modelo para trabajar... es una laptop para el hogar y entretenimiento y no para otro tipo de uso. Gracias
