i did this before watching this video. when it got to the configuration screen and i was not sure what that was so i hit no. now acer screen comes up and keeps restarting, is there a way to get in and change this since nothing wants to load?

My laptop the Acer logo on the back has recently came off and I've came across a physical hole that was originally behind it and I'm curious to know what it is, I contacted Acer support about two weeks ago and they have not got back to me yet.
Finished 30% of Resetting, then "Undoing Changes" automatically. "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.". Tried several times, same thing.
