I had an issue where it wouldn't take me to the screen where it let's me press trouble shoot. So I read on the comments below that you should click esc and then f11.... I held esc button while continuely pressing f11 till the screen came up. It works! Thanks a lot !

I have an HP Touchsmart model 15-D069WM. The BIOS is 100% not accessible, nor is any such recovery function as you show. The instruction book says to push esc and then F10. Well, doesn't work. I get no prompt to enter BIOS at all on startup, and I have tried rapidly pressing every key from esc to F12 with no effect. Ideas?

See my problem is the laptop I am trying to do this too won't even do this. It says in the bottom left corner F11... System Recovery then it goes back to the splash screen and just keeps going back to that screen over and over again. How do I fix this? I can't find any answers on google.
