- Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT FULL BODY WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe. Some exercises will be done with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights and a mat. I've also included a super quick warm up and cool down for todays routine. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. My husband and I love your workouts as active 71year olds. One suggestion that would make your workouts more accessible for us would be to leave the modified exercises up for the entire 45 seconds. When the modified ones disappear half way through, we find it a bit difficult to continue on without being distracted by the harder example. 🙏
