My husband and I love your workouts as active 71year olds. One suggestion that would make your workouts more accessible for us would be to leave the modified exercises up for the entire 45 seconds. When the modified ones disappear half way through, we find it a bit difficult to continue on without being distracted by the harder example. 🙏
I subscribe to lots of workout channels, but I have to say that yours are definitely my favorite. You are SO GOOD at designing workouts that are so effective and never boring. Seriously I love them
