I just wanted to say thank you for listening to your fans. It was pretty much unanimous that we ALL wanted a lot more of these "What it's like to live with" videos, and you've been delivering in spades. You're awesome, Miles.
This is how a car review should be. Yeah we’re gonna throw it in sport and see how fast it is but ppl forget about the other 80% of the time when this is what you’ll be doing day to day. Thank you sir
I had a 2019 GT performance pack 1. The active exhaust was key to keeping the neighbors slightly less p'd off. I loved it , and am seriously considering the s650. However, it really works for me, only as a second car.
I've never ared too much bout seats and am focused on performance, but the seats in my 2024 premium are very comfortable and I love the lumbar adjustment, too. The S650 fully loade premium feels like a luxery muscle car. Ford really perfected the car and the detail makes it a real competitor to the BMW M series.
I used to be worried about that Mustang crashing stigma being attached to me, but then found out everyone that knows me couldn't even imagine me driving in such a way that my car could spiral out of control. Maybe it's from 99% of my time driving in my life has been driving a V8-powered vehicle (even if not a sports car).
Too many people think they can't outdrive the car but forget that they're just outdriving themselves. There's a measure of respect you have to have for the machine and your own abilities before pushing things to their limits. You're good.
Loved the video! Great to see (and HEAR) you shifting into 2nd at 4200 rpm and into 3rd at 4700 rpm.(Obviously, that's why you're getting 11mpg - LOL - it's worth every penny!)
Okay, I don't eat in my car. It's way too expensive and brand f-ing new. But you are good at manipulating spaces to make stuff work! First the center console trick, then the lifting the trunk floor (or boot if you rather, mate) cover, to keep bags and things from sliding and bouncing around when that throttle gets steeped on or when those 6 piston Brembos brake necks and test seatbelts. Kinda crafty.
"What it's like to live with..." videos I think are SOME OF THE BEST car reviews on RUclips right now. You're killing it Miles, keep it up! By the way, the only thing I actually dislike about this car is the fact Ford made everything electronic. A/C controls? In a menu. Parking brake? Electronic. It's the most annoying trend in the entire industry. Then to cut even more corners, and I'm talking about a lot of manufacturers here as well, they just stick 2 tablets on top of the dashboard as if amenities and gauges are simply an afterthought. It annoys me very much, especially in BMW's and Merc's.
unfortunately everything is going that way. It becomes intuitive after few weeks. The only gripe I have is that it takes a minute to load which is too long when the wether is extreme and you really need that HVAC now!
The screens in that car take me back to 2016 technology. It makes me sad how the touch screens and responsiveness of those screens use such old technology.
Hey I recognized the road you were on by the bridge underpass. It’s 17th st in SA right? I used to live there as a kid went to Sierra and SAHS. I Live in TX now brought back memories from when I used to skate down 17th going to Sierra Intermediate 👍🏽
Nice review. I'd be interested in a Mustang GT w/o the magneride suspension (because I don't need the performance pack) and how the ride quality performs with the A/T.
Pretty funny. I see the same features missing here that I wish my 19 GT had. Trunk fully opening when pressing the release. Adaptive cruise control and remote start. I get the last two are because of the 6 speed manual. But I can imagine that Ford would have sensors in place to allow those features to work when allowable or safe.
How’s the sound system for the mustang that’s the one thing you completely glanced over . When you’re during on longer trips you’re not just going to sit in silence
Update with tremec and Whipple supercharger..would like to see if you had the same headache with tuning like I did. Ended up just selling the car, was sad 😢
Is the noise still partially artificial from a speaker? My 2018 mustang has this: but to disable the microphone you gotta pull down the rear seat headliner and disconnect it. Noticeably quieter.

I never been a Ford person, but the Dark Horse was almost my 1st one. Great Video!

Got a carbonized grey 2024GT back in May. I cannot say enough about it. It is an amazing car!!!

Both blues are 10/10 💪
I have a 2019 Toyota Camry and 2021 Mustang GT and my god those Mustangs seats are back saving
Love the color. It is very tempting to get the manual for the fun and to keep family and thieves from wanting to drive it.
I had one of these hot rods last weekend and was super impressed. It felt like an extension of my body immediately.
I love this type of video, its different and very cool
I'm so glad you enjoy these videos - more coming

I'm a mustang guy but the blackwing is undeniable
Just casually having a ct5v blackwing in your driveway is so crazy
My 22 GT manual has full adaptive cruise control with auto correcting lane keep assist. It may be an option on the S650 too but im not sure.
Love the Mustang and love driving my 2024 VW Golf R in manual. Not many manual options left out there. Row on brother 👍🏼
Love this idea! now we just need this with a darkhorse. +sound systems ;)
I really enjoyed this video it was fun and practical. Thanks bro!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the encouragement!
Ive been living with my 2004 GT manual in screaming yellow for 20 years. So i know you can do it! 😂
I bet people in your neighborhood probably think this guy has so many cool cars 😂
Most of them know the story now, but every so often, I meet a new neighbor that has a LOT of questions 😆
the intro segment is an american feature for your food lol
Good job. Not too many people know how to drive a manual correctly
I waiting for this video bro finally yay🎉
I prefer this rear end actually. I never liked the last one.
I rode in the car Christina has, Same car same year same everything, this car was a taxy. Great handling, The Rab4 is amazing!
Thank you for the video. I'm getting mine soon ❤
Thank you for such a great video! Dream car🍿You living dream live!
the camry running the red was hilarious
NIcely spec'd bro. That blue and that manual!
I do a lot of highway miles, but been averaging nearly 19mpg on my 10 speed auto 24 GT. Better than my 16 Taco TRD sport.
no v8s will get you good mpg 😂 even if you in your best behavior😊 same with v6s
@@BrzBoyz831 the C8 is decent at it.
Interesting colour
Keep making these videos‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
You got it!
I love these types of video by miles.
I'm glad you like them! More on the way
Happy New Year 🥳 Appreciate you test driving The Mustang ❤️👍🙂
two super nice cars meanwhile I am here with my few times wrecked 98 5 speed Sentra 😂

can you mention which model and how much did it cost you?
@@chizuru199955k grabber blue GT/performance/NP package with Active E+ auto transmission. No premium or 400a package.

Does your neighbor ever be like "This guy and a new car already, what does he do for a living?" lol
you just got a big fan from S.Korea
Another great vid miles!
Thank you!

I grew up with a shift from a 70 GTO to a 1998 Contour Sport. But with a 1k gas guzzler tax on the MT, I figured I was getting the Auto for $595.
Stick shift is the only way to go it's the only way to have control over that beast of a motor....😮
i knew the city looked familiar! 😂 thinking of trading in my 16 stang for this grabber blue gt

nice moment of silence for the tunnel true car guy B)
Awesome review. Thank you brother. I really want one now. ❤
Dream car
graber blue is fire. on camera it looks the same
Very informative and encouraging 🥰
can you show us in another episode "how to eat large pizza" with the help of the center console?
Mustang over the Z for sure. It's all about that N/A 5.0 baby!

Two baby blue cars? 💙
I love your mustang beautiful car.
It's not his car. Dealerships lend him all these cars for him to review them
Correct, it's not my car. But, I don't work with dealerships. These are loans directly from the automakers.

Love the grabber blue
What's that knocking noise on startup
I started to hear the same but believe it or not I think it was the startup music from the media unit. After a few replays that’s what I now hear.
is no one gonna talk about him being on a call at the beginning?!
Is the noise still partially artificial from a speaker? My 2018 mustang has this: but to disable the microphone you gotta pull down the rear seat headliner and disconnect it. Noticeably quieter.
That speaker added engine sound is only on Ecoboosts, I assume your Mustang is one.
V8 models give you the real thing 👍
You said blackwing I feel poor 😢😂
Never seen the 22 freeway with so little traffic.
Bro was making a phone call at 1:44
Finally a manual
Does the GT have multiple exhaust tones that you can set electronically or is that the dark horse only with active exhaust.
You can get the option for an Active Exhaust on the GT. And yes it has different exhaust notes based on the drive mode
If someone does not like the noise then they do not want a 2023 Mach 1 in track mode lol
Camaro vision has never bothered me at all. This could be a future replacement for my Camaro 2SS given they’re not making it anymore.
Who’s Morgan smith
@13:35 this car takes regular, it even says it on the gas cap
I would like to see a Camaro zl1 day in the life with it
I am used to a Turbo on my Subaru WRX, so I don't have to worry too much about the power band. What is it on the Coyote with the 6-speed manual?
It has very little power low down. You gotta wring it up to 4k if you want to get anywhere briskly. But it's good if you drive slow anyways.

Yes it does inside.

Could u do the Audi R8 gt?
Would love to - but there isn't one in the press fleet so I'd need to find an owner car.
As a trash man please space your cans farther apart lol thank you. Beautiful cars
I can't believe how expensive these are now
Yep, i remember when a regular GT was 35 grands
It is all the unneeded safety garbage and technology.
@fortheloveofnoise9298 no lol. It's from covid shortage. Supply chain is greatly disrupted and, of course, inflation on top of that.
Now they can be had for well under MSRP
mustang sedan when?
Do you actually go to work and then actually have your lunch break?
😆 nah, just simulating a commute situation. Having fun with it

how they still have back seats is mind boggling
