Well Ferrari does actually optionally sell you a surround view system (probably for the price of a kidney) but you can get a top view like you mentioned which for a car like this, lets face it, its smth that should rly be standard. They actually even have an option for ACC (adaptive cruise) but I think thats a bit to much dont u think?

It will probably retain it's value at best, but most likely lose value like other non-limited Ferrari models. If you're not going to drive it, you might as well put you money elsewhere, where it can grow.

Driving these cars on the regular roads and in the city is such a shame. Their power and potential are completely unrealized and they are not comfortable at all to have a daily.

Ummm…I’m somebody who owns an SF90 without a front lift. In fact, no one with the Assetto Fiorano option has a factory lift system.
