    Good afternoon doktora! Bago nyo po akong follower. Obese po ako at 71klg. Napatunayan ko na walang kanin and sweets for 3days nalost ko 1kl. Nagcraved ako ng rice and some cheat food at ang bilis kung nagained ulit ung 1kl for a day. Ang hirap din talaga need ng tiyaga at disiplina.

    Doc pede ba kumain ng ripe mangoes if I am doing a "no-sugar" diet? I read a source about some of foods that age you faster and sugar was mentioned there. Thank you po sa sagot

    Hi po Dra. May i ask sa mga maguumpisa pa lang mg low carb. Is it okay po na mag start na kakain pa rin ng rice ng konti. I used to eat rice na marami, 3 times a day. Pwede po ba 2 cups of rice a day, then gradually isa, half at no rice....Salamat po Dra Grace.

      Meaning doc i will eat rice at first then to zero rice? Until when i will eat rice down to zero rice, 1 week, 2 weeks? I started for just like 4 days now stricrly w/ out carbs as on ur you tube explained.

      Rice and corn are both high in carbs.

    Doc grace..gaano ka totoo yung sinasabi nila na people who regularly fast more than 16 or 18 hours a day have a higher risk of gallstones.salamat po doc grace,sa sagot

      Only if you fast but you still eat high carbs after.

      Salamat po dr.grace sa pagsagot..isang buwan na po ako ngayon sa lowcarb at 15 days sa OMAD and i lost 5.8kg already dr.grace, from 173.4 lbs ngayon 158.4 lbs na ako..salamat sa mga video para maguide kami.God bless po

    I don’t have a problem with the low carb diet, but the Mediterranean Diet, which is usually 40 percent carbs, 40 percent fat (healthy fats), and 20 percent protein is being touted as the best diet by most doctors in the US. Also, you are misinforming your subscribers when you say fruits are bad for them. Fruits (low glycemic) are good for you unless if you are a diabetic, then you would need to watch your fruit consumption, especially the ones that have high glycemic index numbers. Maraming salamat po! From a Pinoy in the US
