    Thank you doctora. Ang naitoro sa akin ay gulay daw lng. Pero walang effect sa katawan ko may pain at high palagi ang BP ko sa gulay. Pero ngayon doctora nawala na ang pain at normal na yong BP ko by eating meat fish eggs and litle low carb vegetables. I excercise by jogging and walking inside our house. I also walk outside. Doctora thank you so much. I only eat twice a day with out rice, ,fruits, root crops and sugar. I stop drinking coffee with sugar but now I drink barako coffee with salt. Salamat doc. for your vedios where I learn eating low carb food.Godbless doc.

    Yes doc iwas n ko s rice pero mnsan pg sunday nppkain ng rice pg pmpnta s friend lalo msarap ulam pero ngnormal n cholesterol, trygliceride at blood sugar ko salamat at nkpnood ako s video mo dsiplina tlga s pagkain ang susi s mlusog n ktawan at exercise or walking khit 1 hr araw2 at fasting 1 month ko p lng gnwa then ngpa blood chem ngulat tlga ko normal lhat dating cholesterol ko is 300 now 187 n lng nwla n dn ung pmamanhid ng kamay ko at sakit s tuhod

    sobrang saya ko po kc nagka internet na dto samin sa purok nmin. ngaun po palagi ko ng nasusubaybayan sa utube ung mga advice nyo.at talagang malaki ang naitulong sa health ko.from 72 kilos to 65 kilos 2months palang po ako sa low-carb diet.glenda from marinduque

    Salamat po Doc! May osteoarthritis po ako. Dati hirap na po ako maglakad. Been injected with Hyalone on both knees pa po but still the same until I do low carb. Thanks God 🙏 napanuod ko kayo dto s YT. More power po sa inyo

    So thankful to our Father for friends who shared LCF to me.the very great thing that made me so thankful is having my sleepping pattern corrected.hirap makatulog sometimes almost a month na walang tulog.isa pa shoulder pain was gone even un frequent urination palpitation and fluctuating bp which sometimes goes to 170 now les than 120/80.thanks din Dra ..more power.

    Thanks Dra Rojo! For a month pa lang po ako but marami na ako nakikitang pagbabago, esp sa weight ko at sa blood sugar tests results, di na po ako gutumin, can fast for 16 hrs at always feeling energetic. I'm 63 years old ! God bless your good intention to help us!

    Grabe doc grace 15 days pa lang ang low carbs may result na. Ang saya ng mga apo at anak ko sa pagbabago ng katawan ko. Nawala ang maga sa paa at kamay ko nawala ang sakit ng batok ko at balikat ko sabi ng anak ko mama bumata ka at papagtuloy ko ito low carbs ako ay 73 yrs old na sabi ng apo mukhang 50 yrs old ako.     Hi Dr. Jo, came across your video just a month ago, I'm here in New Zealand working a care home as dining assistant.
    I have been suffering for bloated stomach for months prior to following a low card high protein diet.
    After watching your video right away I tried it the low carb diet and would you believe just a week of doing it my bloating has gone down. I was so ecstatic that it has been a month now on this journey with you
    I have encouraged my work colleagues to do the same for it does works... .. REALLY 💝
    Keep doing what you're doing for you just don't know the impact you have on people.
    By the way, I do brisk walking everyday for an hour.

My blood sugar had been normal already after 4 months of doing keto,low carb and 16 hour intermittent fasting. i stopped taking my meds for blood sugar. i had lost 9 kilos. thanks doc.

    gud pm dra lagi kong pinapanood ang mga blogs mo at sumunod aq sa no carb at no sweet dahil 2002 ng ma diagnose na diabetic ako. madami akong gamot gawa ng komplikasyon ko. ckd, hypertension, nerve damage patty liver. at ngayon po dahil inalis ko na po ang rice ko at dna ko nag sweet normal pong lahat lab ko.3months na po akong no rice. kya thank you so much

    Good day Doc! It's now on my 18th day of my Low Carb diet. I was diagnosed of lupus since year 2000. I have osteo arthritis, asthma and I'm starting to develop kidney crystals. I'm so happy now because I experience healing in my knee pain. I used to take pain reliever. I tried fasting this day I did 19 hours fasting. I tried also starting to have exercise in the morning. The best thing also is I slept well. Before I used to have insomnia. Thank you for this mam!

      It worked for me, i'm sure it will work for u too. At first i was skeptic to do low carb, but when i started doing it, got excellent results for my numerous lab tests, such as wd fatty liver, sugar, cholesterole etc.

    2 weeks ago Nakita ko video's Mo at ko mga coments.
    2weeks palang low carb. Nawala ang pamamaga . No pain, my weight fr 61-55.

    May bukol po Ako sa lower part Ng esophagus, severe dysplasia at accute inflammation.. 4th day ko na low carb.. may pagkakataon na di comfortable pakiramdam ko.. friend ko na nasa California, nag convince sakin na mag low carb.. ilang years na kac sya lc, since na bypass at nilagyan Ng 7 stent.. ngaun normal living na sya at nagtatrabaho as utility sa Isang casino.. 62 yrs old na kami...

    8 days pa lng ako pero natanggal na yung frozen shoulder ko for over 10 years ay magalaw ko na,na hindi sumasakit pero tumutunog dahil siguro matagal na hindi ko madyado nagagalaw ng paikot. Tnx Dra. For sharing us low carb.

    Good day po doc i am new to your channel , i supper before on acid reflux 2020 nawal pk talaga ang gana ko sa pagkain i lost 20 kilo just for 3 month from 95 kg bumaba po ako to 75 kg dumating po sa point na maliit na bowl lng po ang kinakain ko di ko pa nauubos, ngayon po umayos na po ang gana ko sa pagkain after , ang problema ko bumalik na po ako sa dati kkng timbang j feel laging bloated po.

    Salamat doc sa iyong gabay sa kalusugan. 3mos n akong hindi umiinom ng gamot s diabetis, ang aking blood sugar ay 90 mg/dl to 105 mg/dl. Pumayat ako, pero kumakain p rin ako ng rice 4 tsp per meal ok lang b yan doc?

    Dra first time ko manuod sau. Ask ko lng po, I am just 47 kg..46 yrs old..5'1 ht..but I had osteoporosis since I was 32,and not taking meds😪..bka kaya I have chronic pain. I have bilbil, but not so big..but I dont like it of course. Pero ang question ko po, pde po ba ang Low carb and IF sa may osteoporosis

    salamat po doc, pang 8days ko na ngayon na hindi nag.rice tapos twice a day lang ako kumakain .1st 3days ramdam ko yung unting hilo at pagkulo ng tiyan tiniis ko lang at inom lang ako tubig. sa mga sumunod pang araw hindi na ako basta² nagugutom at nasasanay narin ako kahit 15-16hrs hindi na ako nagugutom hanggang kayanin ko yung 18hrs doc at ramdam ko po yung improvement ng aking katawan tuloy² nagbaba yung timbang ko at gumaan narin katawan ko from 74klg to 70klg doc.     Maganda talaga ang epekto ng lowcarbs/keto diet kasi nawala na pabalik balik na ubo at hika ko at di na ako hinihingal pagnagbabike ako lalo na sa mga ahunan😁tsaka lumakas immune ko..

    Doc gd day, naoperahan ako last year breast cancer. Nag lowcarb la na akong maintenance sa sugar n every other day na irvesartan. Kaya lg umatake ang GERD ko. Ano ba ang puedeng kainin?

    doc on my 2nd day na sa lowcarb 12:12 ang sinunod ko.. 7pm-7am ako.. kinain ko ay eggs and vegetables in morning then sa lunch nalang nko kumain ng konting rice at chicken kasi dahan2 muna ako......pero di na ako kumain ng bread sa snacks, sinubucan kung mag pipino sa snacks tama ba ginawa ko? hehe bako pa kasi ako sa channel mo di ko pa view mga video mo. 53 yrs old ako normal naman sugar ko 92, triglyceri 99...ang cholesterol and mataas ko 232 kaya naisip ko mag low carb....timbang ko 68 kls....

    anu ano ba ang mga lowcarb? at anu anong ulam ang dapat kainin yong kakilala may crea 18 ,bato sa apdo ,at cysts sa kidney ,puyat,payat at hindi nakakatulog,umiinom naman ng b complex,calcium magnesium,fish oil and vit.c mas ok na ba ang centrum at heraclene kasi payat at sabi daw may tb.ilolowcarb ba? oatmeal nga kinakain nya

    Greetings! I've been doing IF 16/8 low carbs. I understand with a person dignosed w coronary artery disease high chloesterol diet is a no no must be avoided or heart attach, stroke is expected to happen anytime. Pls advise. Thanks.

    Dra bago pa lang ako 2 weeks.mula nong nag umpisa ako 62 -58 na ako ngayon.masyado po bang mabilis?17 /7 no rice no sugar no fructose.naag mamaintenance po ako ng rovastatine at Lodicand.8 to 8 work po ako as dh.pki guide nmn po.

    hi doc. good day, i'm so thankful na nakita nako ang imong youtube, i tried it to lower my sugar and high triglycerides. my blood sugar was 120 after 1 month 89.52 and my triglycerides 81 .82 , from 126. thank you do much doc, for sharing these to us. im already 62 yrs old , living here in cebu
