    Effective itong keto diet. From 186 lbs naibaba ko sa 136 lbs Ang timbang ko. Problema tumikim Ako ulit Ng kanin at naadik na Naman sa carbs. Ngayon 160 lbs na naman kaya heto umpisa ulit Ng keto diet.

    Thanks Dra. Rojo for your video. I heard many new things fr you. I am Diabetic patient since 1999. When I was diagnose that Im diabetic my Dr. Advice me to attend Diabetic Education. My Internist advice me to have Insulin. Since yr 2000 im Insulin dependent. Im very healthy and happy diabetic patient my Diabetic Educator adjusted my body to Insulin and explain to me everything. I was only surprise why carrots is not allowed to eat for Diabetics in the Phils. I have a Diabetic book fr all kinds of food and carrots is zero carbs..Im also suprise that chicharon is allowed. I learn that fatty foods turn into sugar???. Im 71 yrs old living in Germany. Our staple food here is potatoe its also allowed.

    Mostly Cebuano's are Taglish coz they are not fluent in Tagalog. glad to know Doc Rojo that You are Cebuano by heart. You are full of wisdom, full of knowledge that you can easily talk, fluently. You were not able to eat your breakfast concentrately.

      You did lost weight? Ang hirap nga mag lose weight lalo nasa bahay na lang unlike before na nagta trabaho pa ako at busy nakakapag diet .

      I have started my gradual intermittent fasting running for 25 days now: from 12: 12; 16: 8; 3 meals w/o rice; 2 meals, and now doing OMAD. I strictly followed what you advise.d but I'm feeling weak and lost a considerable weight--6kgs. Where did I do wrong?

I realy thank to our God nadaanan ko ang Channel at ini encaurage ko ang aking mga kaibigan lalo na yung may mga sakit dahil sa maling pag intake ng mga pagkain. 1 month na ako nag follow sa Low Carb Diet procedure mo and no problem ang katawan ko sa 16/8 IF.     Hi Dr Rojo. I am 70 yr old. and live in Covina, CA i had a stroke in Nov '21 and thing visibly affected is speech, and handwriting. I drive and do other things physically and do my daily routine of 1.5 mi walk and 30 min of workout, including my pushups and lunges, among the other things. I am controlling quite to do more because of my stroke and doing slowly but surely. I am 5'8.5 tall and my weight is 150 lbs. My BMI is normal. I am intentionally having carbo to gain more weight to gain more muscle mass, since I lost some weight after the stroke due to medication and diet. I believe so much of fasting and know the other benefits of it. I am quite disciplined even before the stroke. I will be getting into no carb diet as needed. Firstly because of my health, and physically gain more mass and shape.
    Now I am preparing to settle in the Phil with 2x - 3x travel back to the US in a year. I like your diet plan and planning to do so when I settle in the Phil.
    Now could you recommend a cardiologist in Manila who follows and understands the diet plan? My next schedule to do my bloodwork is December but am willing to provide my previous blood work results.

    i literally changed my lifestyle after hearing all your videos and advises about LCIF, and its working for me. i lost weight from 60kg to 56 after 3 weeks of praciticing LCIF, my cholesterol was slightly elevated and trigly, but hoping can continue my LCIF longer so i can heal totally from all my unhealthy practices in my diet.

      Same experience here. Same base weight, 60kg., now 56 kg. Target is 50kg, my ideal weight. I am amazed with the benefits of LCIF. After many experiments with food supplements, eto lang pala answer sa mga karamdaman. And it is a lot simpler and affordable. Thank you very much Doc!

    Thank you doc. Bago lng ako sa channel mo po. I do lowcarb diet and started IF with 16.8 window . In 2wks time my glucose dropped from 14.4 to 7.83 . I hope I can sustain my IF.

No mentions about carbohydrates. Started low carb last month and now on keto. I am very amazed on my weight loss progress. Hoping for the best on my next labs and checkup.❤

    Ive lost weight doing LCIF/Keto and IF during pandemic but when I started traveling again and the world opened again, Life took over, stress and burnt out from work made me eat sugar and carbs again and now, I am back to the weight where I started.

      Gandang Gabi po doc. Nag start po ako sa rice last Oct.22 but last Nov. 1 nag cheat at dhl tigkalalag kumain ako ng Suman in ilonggo. And now doc totally no rice na talaga ako at hnd na ako naghahanap pa. So pagbalik ko ng Manila this coming Dec. 15 unang gawin ko magpa total blood count talaga. And I hope mababa na ang HBAIC b4 ako umalis ng Manila my HBAIC is a 6 so nasa boarder line na ako. I hope na baba na ng 6 ang HBAIC ko w/c is nga hnd na sa boarder line pa! At ang Cholesterol ko is in 160 also. Kunting Kimbo nalang 200 na. Kaya noong nakita ko ang mga Vid mo doc I'm so much inspired talaga promise. I'm 71kls na ako but now little bit. LW na ako thank you so much. Doc God bless uou more.❤❤❤

    Hello Doc.dati kahit may gawa ako naririnig lang kita sa radyo namin kasi yong Mister ko iki no connect nya c.p nya sa radyo para marinig ka ng mas malakas ,sa f.b po sya laging nanonood sayo halos isang bwan na ikaw lagi pinapanood nya , ngayon gabi mag uumpisa na rin akong walang rice , Thank you Doc.Marami kang natutulungan gusto ko ring maranasan mag fasting nxt week na siguro ,dati kasi hinihimatay ako kasi anemic ako nong dalaga pa ako kaya gusto kong may gumaling din sa katawan ko ,Salamat po ng Marami kahit mahaba ang video tinapos ko po ❤️ ,God bless!

    I am now starting my lowcarb diet, Doc. My blood tests came normal except for my SGPT and SGOT. I now have a fatty liver because i gained 30 kilos in the span of 4 years. I always binged eat, and made my bar exam and review as an excuse. Yes, I finally became a lawyer, but not a healthy one. 😢

    Thanks doc for the video. May tanong lang ako. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol, Is diet full of fats advisAble still , kasi ang bacon, eggs etc are full of saturated fats..

      I started low fat for the past 3 days..on the 3rd day i ate nothing but kare2x and bulbacua... Omg my bp went up! I got so anxious!

      Ganun din ako. Suggest ko lang. Fish and chicken breast. Iwas sa fatty meat. Eat in moderation at siyempre exercise kahit lakad for 30 minutes. Good luck.

      By the way use Pearl Barley grains it's very high in fiber and very good in decreasing ldl cholesterol , as if a miracle, no need to take medicine coz i experienced. It can also help lower high blood pressure and blood sugar.

    Doc good evening ako ay isang security guard dito sa Baguio .Ako at type 2 diabetic and I try ung low carb diet after 2 weeks Humana ung blood sugar ko mula 250 Bumaba sa 124 ang blood sugar ko maganda pala ang low carb diet and starting to TMAD medyo mahirap sa una pero sanayan lang nasa unang week ko sa TMAD kasi panggabi ako thanks pala sa blog po ninyo
    Ang tanong ko medyo mabigat kasi ung trabaho ko security ako at side line ko ay construction worker din may nararamdaman akong pagkahilo lalo na kapag nagbike ako papuntang duty ano po ang gagawin kasi nahihilo po ako at parang nauubusan ski ng oxygen?

    Hi doc ty Po sa info. Sinadya ko talaga tong hanapin bcoz, I try not to rice Po. Kasi my PCOS Ako, last yr ko lang pong sinimulan tong no 🍚 rice Po. Bali mag 3 months palang Po ako, pero Ang Dami ko Ng Magandang narramdaman unlike dati Po. Na laging may sipon Ako , madaling ubohin. Laging masakit Ang likod. Dina sumasakit ulo ko. Dina mainitin Ang ulo ko .. Ang Dami doc . Kala ko mmatay Ako pag di kumain Ng rice , pero mas mmatay Pala Ako sa kkain Ng rice 🤣🤣 and I stop nadin Po ako to sweets . And may family have history of diabetic.
