    Thank you doctor for giving us inspiration and guidance.I started LCF last May 2023. Ngayon ,68k na lang ako (lost more than 10k ), at from 38 waistline down to 33 inches. I am prediabetic T2 still struggling with my blood glucose and I dont take meds ( ave. 114 after dinner / before bed ). My B/P is now normal but still taking 5mg metformin ( used to be 10mg a day.) Hopefully and with God"s grace I can still reach my target for a better healthy life.

    Ako Diy lang doc, 1 yr na ako nag lolowcatb.
    Nag slim na ako doc from 55 kls. to
    45 kls.. Ngayon hindi na ako madaling magkasakit.
    Naglow carb ako dahil gusto ko lng mag slim. Wala akong maintenance ever since ngayon 42 yrs old nako. Healthy at walang sakit.

      Mga kaibigan ko tinuturuan ko mag lowlarb. Ayaw nila baka daw magutom sila at mag kasakit.
      Hindi sila naniniwala sa mataas na cholesterol ay galing sa high carbs at sugar.
      Ayaw talaga maniwala hahaha

    Hello Dok, I've been doing Lowcarb now in 15 days at tuloy tuloy ako ngayon.. Mga videos mo lang po ang guide ko bilang diy'ers, in 15 days i lost 7 kilos, pero ang pinaka nakakatuwa sa lahat nawala na po ang pulikat ko sa gabi, at ang pinaka masaya nawala na po ang paghihilik ko sa gabi, dati sobrang lakas ko humilik as in abot sa kaputbahay at nagagalit narin po ang mga kasama ko sa bahay. Salamat po Dok hulog ka po ng langit sa amin❤️❤️❤️ wish me goodluck po para maachieve ko yung 65 kilos na timbang.

    Isa ako Doc. Grace na nagDYI just watching your vlogs & other LCF advocates😍I lose weight from 50kg. to 45kg. and I feel light and great👍I do OMAD to TMAD nawalana ang sakit sa likod meron pa rin lang kunting allergies/pangangati sa skin hehe kumakain pa rin ako ng tinapay kung minsan

      Dr.bakit nag low carbs na ako at OMAD minsan at TMAD daily pero me inflammation pa din ako.Biglang sumakit mga joints ng hands ko.

      No rice no pasta.Only salad w fish or chicken.I make my own keto bread and cracker using almond flour.I used almond milk too.

    Hi Doc Grace thank you so much sa kaalaman.. i am not bored watching your videos very informative.. i'm starting to life without rice.. i have a heart condition and will try to reverse as i am borderline pre diabetes despite sa strict diet.. just realize na fruits and grains from whiterice/brown rice/oats/bread/biscuits pla ang pinagmumulan ng pagtaas ng bood sugar level ko. I will keep on watching your old videos cgurado akong marami p akong mtutunan💖

    Dr. Nag low carb po Ang ate ko pero after 3 months nagbalik high carb ulit sya pero nagkasakit sya at hindi na mawala Ang ubo nya. Naka low carb na po ulit sya pero hindi pa rin po nawawala ubo nya simula October last year... Nag aalala na po kami sa kanya. Nagpa check up na po sya pero Sabi ng doctor ubong allergy lang daw po yon.. pero Hanggang ngayon inuubo pa rin po sya..ano po kayang gamot Ang pwede sa kanya. Maraming salamat doc. 3 kaming magkakapatid na naglolow carb sya lang po ang inuubo ng sobra..sobra na rin po Ang pagpayat nya... Maraming salamat po doc🙏🏾 God bless you and more power to you.

    Common mistakes ng mga baguhan at matatagal na sa low carb ay yong di pag check ng ketones nila. Ang low carb ay keto diet, consistent dapat ang pag produce ng ketones for metabolic flexibility before you do longer fasting. Madaling mawala sa ketosis ang katawan natin kaya importante na i-monitor ang ketones para malaman kung anong pagkain or ilang carbs ang pwede sa katawan nyo. Blood sugar and ketones will tell you kung di pa kayo nakakaalis sa pagiging insulin resistance. Numbers don’t lie.

    Triglyceride can be easily lowered by increasing Omega 3 supplements to 2 capsules in am then 2 capsules at night! Try it even after one month by rechecking Triglyceride level.

    Doc, kuamakain ako ng rice pero 1 cup of rice per day. Pero hindi ako bumibili ng fruits, soda, milktea. At process foods..
    Minsan kumain rin ako ng pasta bread. Pero in moderation.
    Tikim tikim lang. Ang stocks ng freezer ko baboy,at manok .
    Ngayon maintain ko na kilo ko

      If you are physically active and you've reached optimum health benefits, then you can have those on the caution list. Just limit the quantity and frequency of intake.

    My glucose monitoring for 2 wks is every other day pre breakfast pre lunch pre dinner and at bedtime that is once a day glucose monitoring. the 1st is 86 nxt 93,95, 102 for 2 wks doc so 4 days pa lang. thanks

    Dra since july 2021 nag umpisa me OMAD pero bumagsak katawan ko kaya i reduced it to 14 to 16 hrs a day fasting na lang. Pero nag umpisa me Low Carb only last March 2, 2023. I stay away from sugar, candies, rice, bakery products, pastas, noodles any colored drinks. I only drink Alingatong Tea, green Tea, cacao Tablea. My last meal for the day is 6-7 pm, then i walk daily 8 km every morning before i eat my first meal of the day at 10-11 am. My problem is from 132 lbs i am merely 118 lbs. Ampayat payat ko na pwede ba ako mag Rolled Oats and how much Oats how many grams is allowed in a day, hindi alam ang dami. Timbangin ko na lang. Dry weight po ng Oats.

    Doc, strictly I followed your safe list. Ang Kain ko 8AM, 12NN and 5PM. May iniinom ako na gamot para sa HB. I’m 43. Lately, nagka hypoglycaemia ako. I had seizures for 3x last Feb 16. Okay Lang po ba kakain ako in between those 3 meals?

      @@rheankibete5284 I don’t know kung epilepsy po yon. As I remember grabe yong convulsion ko na nanginig ang buo kung katawan. Halos puputok ang mga palad ko sa manhid. Tatlong beses yon. Nong pinakain ako ng orange, pear and chocolate that time hindi na umulit. Sabi e bumaba daw ang sugar ko which is possible kasi nagugutom ako non. Around 4PM. Normally I don’t eat in between meals. Maybe nag kulang ng calories yong food ko that morning and lunch. So nutrient-densed food talaga kailangan para maiwasan ko na yon which I’m doing now. Ayoko na mangyari yon ulit sa akin. I didn’t know na hypoglycaemia pala yon at kung mababa ang sugar Pwede pala magkaganun. Sa SGPT result ko sa blood test last January 15, 2023 nasa 115 ang sugar ko which is above normal. Kaya I avoid all sorts of carbs and sugars.

    Hello Doc, clarification lang po sa tip no. 9 too little protein. Hindi ko lang po ma-gets yung computation na for a 50 kg. woman you need 100 grams of protein . Then yung 100 grams of protein is equivalent to 1/2 kilo ng meat. Hindi po ba 1:1 ang ratio? Let us say 100 grams protein = 100 grams of meat? Sana po may mag help mag clarify. Salamat po.

    Hi doc nag lolo carb na ako because my waist and thigh got bigger ( my target napapayatin) pero payat naman ako. I'm afraid na baka kaka low carb ko ay mababa na rin pala ang calories ko which is baka maging sobrang payat ako.
