I started low carb diet since 2017 and I am used to eat meal without rice anymore and no white bread at all. I also don't eat on fastfood chain and get rid of drinking sodas and any tasty drinks, water most of the time and sometimes tea na lang ang pinaka beverages ko. Nakakapanibago sa panlasa ko kapag nakatikim ako ng matamis na inumin parang na reset yung taste buds ko which is good. Hindi ko na hinahanap yung mga sweets even junk foods. Amazing kasi ever since hindi po ako nagkakasakit kahit colds. Dati every month meron akong cough with colds and flu. Samahan ninyo na din ng exercise kahit walk araw araw nakakatulong sya. Iba ang pakiramdam sa katawan kapag iniwasan mo lahat totally ng nakakasama sa health mo makikita mo yung difference talaga. May kasabihan "eat to live, not live to eat".
Anong pinangpalit niyo po sa rice?

Good for you. Do you wear glasses? I heard Dra Josephine she managed to reverse her 20/20 vision after doing intermittent fasting and low carb combined. My longest IF was 20 hour water fast which helped me to get rid of some inflammation but I want to target my vision to bring it 20/20. How long should I do IF for this purpose. Thanks 🙏. It's nice to hear from someone who's doing it for a long time.

I already started "no rice meals" since september 2021 before i discovered your channel. And yes, all you are lecturing about low carb, no rice are really helpful and true. I feel better now. I lost 5 kgs. From weight of 59kgs now i am 54kgs. Slowly but surely, no rice is life.

Actually po, amazing po ang coconut oil sa pagluluto at nare-retain nya ang lasa ng food at di lasang oily ang food I like ng olive oil. Mas ok po ang coconut oil kesa sa olive oil para sa akin. Ang husband ko po ay from 150 to 124 lbs na lang at lahat ng maintenance medicines namin ay zero na po starting last Dec 2021. Sarap po ng feeling at amazed po din yung cardiologist at endocrinologist sa result ng mga labtest namin last November 2021! Thank you po ng marami! God bless you and your entire family/community!

Doc good eve. Ask lang po. Diabetic type 2 po ako at nag sstart po ako maglowcarb dahan. S ngyon po konti rice po per meal with lowcarb foods.. sinsanay ko pa po katawan ko. Kasi narrmdaman ko po ung panlalambot ng binti tpos parang nhhilo. Mau nabasa po ako s community na uminom dw po ng water with salt. Gano po kadami asin sa isang baso tubig po iinumin if nanlalambot po? Thank u po sa mga ssagot
