Hindi po ba lahat ng foods pwedeng kainin, but in moderation, it's not the food, it's the amount of food. At saka napag aralan ko sa pre-diabetic class, na everything you eat should be balanced, i.e. 1 bowl of rice/ 1 bowl of veggies/protein/1 bowl of fruits, etc. + exercise. the rule of thumb is, you can eat anything in Moderation, balance and making a habit of doing other healthy life styles.

Maganda rin yung fresh ampalaya juice intake. Awa ng Diyos wala akong diabetes 62 years old na ako kase I take 1/4 of a measuring cup ng ampalaya juice 2 times a week. I have Jack La Lanne’s power juicer that I purchased years ago. Ingat lang din ako sa pag inom dahil blood thinner sya. Tama yung sabi nila na it’s good for our blood sugar, diabetes prevention! Don’t take it if you have liver disease! The bottom line ingat tayo sa kinakain natin at syempre Prayer ang no. 1 kase Our Almighty God is The Only Divine Healer pray tayo lagi for wisdom on the right food to eat,, tamang exercise, sapat na pag inom ng tubig at sapat sa tulog!🙏❤️
I saw negative comment but Dra Please keep on doing informational videos like this kasi super laking tulong. Explaining too long is fine because you are sharing how it goes in our body and I know even long explanations isn’t enough for us to be healthy. So keep on inspiring 🥰

Hello Dra.every time i see in your program you make me smile.kasi lahat ng sinasabi nyo totoo po.Self desipline talaga ang kilangan para iwas sakit .pwede siguro tikim tikim nlang po.I eat nlang po pagnkramdam ng gutom.pero minsan naiisip ko po ang aga naman ng penetensya hahaha.Pero nag wawalking po ako 3times a week with my friend and classmates .Minsan para me bonding kami kamote with coffee masaya na kami kasi yung iba samin biyuda na po.at napag uusapan namin yung mga healthy food kaso minsan pag nagkasarapan ang kwentuhan napa2rami ang kain namin. Pag uwi ng bahay penetinsya ulit hahaha.

Good day po maam..di po ako doktor..as i watched po ur video..napaisip ako ano n lng kakainin ko??for me po..u can eat nman po those foods pero in moderation..a healthy balanced diet..and of course exercise po.pagpapawis po pra di tumaas ang sugar..for me then po...sbi po ng dietician is that u can eat anything in moderation,chew d food well and exercise...kc po if u r conscious s mga foods na kinakain pero u r not practicing an active healthy lifestyle..balewala lng....juz saying lng po...God bless po...

Doc, suggestion lang po. Napakaganda at napaka importante po ng lecture ninyo. Mas madali pong matutunan ang lahat pag may visual aid. I know It’s a lot of work, pero malaki ang maitutulong nito lalo na sa mga taong more visual ang style ng learning. Kahit writing board lang po. Request: Put a mark sa lens ng camera, phone,ipad etc. Doon kayo titingin, parang nakatingin kayo sa amin. Don’t look at your image sa screen. Hehe…. more power to you and thank you for what you do. Am just wondering bakit po halos lahat ng Pilipino drs.hindi katulad mo na nagsasabing bad na po sa health ang lahat ng mga sources ng carbs.,mostly fruits at sweets? At most of the time sa tv sabi ng mga Pinoy doctors na ok lang ang mga fruits sa mga diabetics at bad ang mga red meat,fats,dapat daw konting eggs at less salt lang daw? Why po doc.ganon pa rin ang kanilang ini advice lagi? Sana po tulad na nila ikaw. God bless po.

Yes po maganda ang fasting. Sa Church namin may Prayer and Fasting kami for 21 days may mga foods kaming Hindi PWEDING KAKAININ TULAD ng rice, nuts, sweets, coffee, soft drinks, candies. Water lang Po ang pwede naming iinomin. Ang allowed Po ay ang brown or black rice, vegetables without meats. Corn Rice, fruits allowed basta no sugar contains. May straight fasting din kami 3 days only water no solid foods to intake. Maganda Po sa katawan. JESUS REVIVAL CHURCH Po.
