Thanks Doc for sharing. I’ve been doing fasting since last year and I’m on the 16:8 already with some workouts 2-3 times a week and 30 mins walking in the morning. For me fasting isn’t enough to stay healthy. We need some cardio to sweat out too. Anyway, no diet just limiting the food with high sugar and cholesterol. The best thing too is drink plenty of water. I can finish more than 3liters a day
Based on my experienced, reason ang una kong nilagay sa isip ko. Dahil ang reason na yan ang magbibigay sayo ng confidence at discipline. Then everyday nanonood ako ng mga videos tulad ng ganitong video to anticipate kung ano ang mangyayari. I recommend to watch all doktora’s videos, simple lang ang paliwanag nya kaya hindi mahirap intindihin. So bago simulan ang ganitong lifestyle, first know your reasons, 2nd gather the right informations ( safety). Third, gawin mo na agad wag ng ipagpabukas.

Very interesting so I want to do it, Question: how long I will stay in 12 12? Hard for me to do 14:8 because I work leaving home in the morning by 6am back by 5pm or a little
So far maam sa intindi ko nasa atin na ang mag adjust kasi depende sa work natin. Tulad mo okay siguro 5am or 5.30am at 5pm or 5.30pm ang kain mo. Ako 2pm to 9pm work ko kaya ginawa ko nun una 16-8 9am at 4pm ang kain ko.. ngayon 18-6 or 19-5.. in 12 days from 140lbs to 125lbs minsan pag wala work 24hours ang fasting ko😁

Almost in my 3 weeks of IF but I cannot see improvements yet as far as weight loss is concerned. I realized it is not really IF but more of LC for weight loss 😢 IF alone will not give me the results that I need

No it will break your fast. Only water, plain coffee and tea won't.
Tama po kayo coffee and salt masarap po siyang inumin wla ang pait ng coffee ginagawa ko po yong inumin.
