    34 and struggling pamamanhid, tusok-tusok, masakit ang tuhod, memory loss, focus, varicose veins inflammation cause of standing for a long hour dahil sa nature ng work ko. But with my two months journey of LC and fasting, nagbago lahat, nakakapag indian sit nako dahil nawala yung pamamanhid, pangangalay at tusok-tusok 😊 Thank you doc Rojo ❤️ buti nalang dumaan ka sa NF ko.

    Fasting was the only way I lost my excess fats. Im already in my senior years. I go low carb and do Intermittent fasting and one meal a day, i also do 30 mins walking and other. Its exercise everyday, its very effective to maintain healthy body and lifestyle.

      I am 68yo still working full time and thank God wala pa pong health issue. Every year complete checkup. I still eat rice 3X a day. Ang masasabi ko po is...listen to your body. Ibaiba ang mekanismo ng katawan naten. Alamin sa sarili kung ano gusto ng katawan naten. Rule of thumb ko is kapag nakaramdam ako ng full na stomach ko I stop. Kapag nagutom kumain. I love fruits vegetables konte karne etc. I even ask myself kung ano gusto ko. Our body talks. Our body hesls itself. My body needs rice..haha. Nung tinigil ko rice nagkasakit ako. Whatever your body tells you...LISTEN to your body. Ibaiba po ang mekanismo ng bawat katawan naten.

      My mother at the age of 85 she's okay what happened to your mom 60 is still very young. Anu po ba diet nya? My mom is more on vegies and fruits and some meat no limits on rice .During her 60's ng jogging pa mom ko very active po

    Thank you doc, however, I always start the day in thanksgiving prayer for keeping me safe during the night and asking Him for protection and guidance by the Holy Spirit throughout the day... not yoga, but more on quiet peaceful prayer time, not absentmindedly which I could fall into if I'm not focused, I seem to get lost or stressed when remiss in morning prayer...God bless you in what you do 🙏

    Thank you po Doc for my new information. Am Your new followers here, a 68yrs old Lola, I did fasting for 6 months now due to pre diabetic. Doing research, i found Dr Jason Fung and Dr Berg, and now YOU for an added informative insights My fasting 16hrs and 8 hrs window was successful, and went back to my Doctor, and i received a "very good " remarks. Now, i think i am going to follow your Low carb, to be more healthy. I still eat a little of Low glycemic rice one a day, but limit some meat intake. I am happy to follow your vlog and FB.

      I also follow the same drs. That you mentioned po and in addition to that is Dr.Mindy Pelz and Boz,they are my eye opener with regards to fasting.Since January 2022 im into different variation of Intermitent fasting and now I'm into OMADE (one meal a day everyday) and preparing my self to level it up into ADF..Gods will po, and I'm glad too that I also found DRA Rojo for additional insights/ learnings.     Hi! Good day po Dra. Rojo. How can I be a member of your community?
    I am so inspired po sa inyo. I am diabetic for almost 15 yrs now. I had 18 surgeries na po including 3 CS and 1 Ectopic Pregnancy. Next month I am scheduled to have left knee replacement. Last year I had right knee replacement done. I am really decided to be a member of Life Without Rice and LOW-CARB FEASTING & FASTING Community. One week na po akong hindi kumakain ng rice, hindi po ako nagugutom. I want to learn more. I am
    living here in Maryland, USA. Thank you po!

    Hi Doc, Thankyou for your advice. Enjoying listening po😊
    Here is my story. I eating small but I feel full just one cup of rice since in the beginning. Even is the food is delicious if I feel full I stop eating maximum one cup of rice. And here in Jeddah KSA just two times a day to eat just like 12noon to 11:30 am.
    And sometimes we eat Kubos,which called the bread mga unang panahon.
    My last weight 2019 is 50kg and now 2022 the same weight 50kg.
    I do biking, jogging, basic exercise. And swimming every day off.. Thankyou Doc.

      I am 81 yrs old still healthy and capable of helping at home
      .but I am praying to have long life.Thank you Doctor for your lectures about 5 points to prolng life specially senior citizen like me.. I will follow those advices.avoiding rice.having fasting be on balance and learn new things. God bless you.Amenp

    I was thinking how could I live without carbs. My friend showed me your videos about low carb and IF after mind setting,, I made a list of the foods I need to buy. I used to buy once a month. Therefore I have a tons🤣 of foods in the fridge , in my cabinet in the kitchen and in my room. After 2 months of weighing things, LCIF won🤣🤣🤣. So I tried to find all the things I need so I can still eat my fav foods but in Low Carb. I even coppied recipes for pancakes, cakes, esp cheese 🍰, pansit using konjac noodles , Palmini pasta for my pasta🤣🤣🤣. Thank you soooooop muchhhhh♥️♥️♥️

    Good evening Doc. New follower po ako sa channel mo at madaming aral na napupulot. Gusto ko pong gawin ang pag low carb as a daily routine kaso may acid reflux ako, pwede ko bang gawin yun? Nahirapan po ako gumawa ng menu ko araw2. Saan ko po makita ang low carb menu nyo. Salamat po. God bless you always.
