Nagtry po ako na hindi kumain ng rice and those all sweets with intermitten fasting injust 1 day and amazing the result is i feel so good very effective po ang lowcarb, diabetic po ako at nag iinsulin sa ngayon morethan 1week na po akong walang tinetake na gamot ng dahil po sa lowcarb. Di rin ayos na magstop ka agad magtake ng meds mo..di rin nila Doc inaadvise un..naranasan ko..3 weeks akong naglowcarb di nagtake ng meds for diabetes,,nanghina aq,,tumaas BP ko..ngaun nagtake n aq ulit ng meds ko for diabetes..sched ako for another set of labtests..

1 week lang ako naghirap ng walang rice pero pinilit ko. 20 hrs fasting na ako ngayon on keto no rice, no sugar, no carbo. Totoo nanginginig ka sa umpisa pero tuloy pa rin ako. Minsan kumakain din ako ng 1/2 cup rice for the day pero bihira na lang. Ginagaw ko lang kung nanginginig na ako. RESULTS OF NO RICE: 73 yrs old na ako ang sugar 130 mg/Dl fbs from 4 diabetis medicines to 1 na lang metformin 500mgs na lang. pati bp ko bumaba from 4 meds to 1 na lang - amlodipine na lang 5 mgs. At payat na ako nawala ang malaking tiyan ko. Lahat ng ito a loob lang 2 buwan. Ang bilis talaga gumaling sa diabetis kung pilitin mo.
Lagi po ba kayong uminiinom ng electrolytes at nag titake ng magnesium supplements?
I am one week ago with no rice now. Rice, softdrinks, pansit, tinapay,root crops and all carbo source were gone. Unang Naalis sa katawan ko ay ang mga sugatsugat sa para ko. I'm so happy I got a result. Thank you for. I pray na Sana makayanan ko until mawala na ang high blood pressure na since I'm 45 yrs old ang aking maintenance until now I'm 69.

I started my lowcarb diet last 3 weeks ago pero slow lang ang ginawa ko. This week once a day na lang akong nag rice and 1 half cup na lang. Hindi na ako kumakain ng bread. Wala na rin akong fruits, pasta and root crops. Next week wala na talagang rice. Hope to sustain it. Napansin ko lumiliit nang kunti ang tyan ko. Salamat Doc

Alam mo po dra, para d ako ma dapa lahat na vid's mo binabalikbalikan ko for sure nga lahat ay ma achieve ko so far so good. Im 63 y.o na last Jan 9 im good still on walking and execise everyday. Naka ako LCIF since Dec 2019 - present. Never felt better. Starting weight - 77kgs, current weight 62kgs. I am so glad at meron ng local doctor advocating lcif. Follower din kayo Doc ni Jason Fung? Happy New year doc, nag umpisa ako na hindi kumain ng rice at mga sweets after one month nag bawas ako 5 kilos at saka ang gaan ng katawan ko. Dahan 2x lang gusto matutunan yung ta ma.

No fruits din and any kind of rootcrops, no softdrinks, juice, chocolates,..
1 ur nako no rice no bread no pasta no sugars… use stevia if needed … doing okay so far 😊
