Possibly electrolytes imbalance po. Do you add enough salt sa daily food and drinks nyo? If not, try nyo po muna mag add ng salt, if may maramdaman pa din, check nyo po ang Electrolytes Homemade Recipe sa Life Without Rice and I suggest na magtimpla po kayo para sa daily intake nyo.
We've Been into fasting n low carb or no rice for 8 mos now dra. Nawala na mga inflammation ko, wla statins ko. 56 kg to 50 kg maintained weight, my husband nwla. Na hilo bec of mataas na HB pressure, 82kg to 70kgs na lang din siya, fish, lean mear and veg na lang kami, wla na rin madami fruits. Good day Po Dr.Rojo ,almost 1 1/2 years na Kong nag low carb po.nag lost weight Naman Po Ako,,sugar ko Po 99na na lng ,ok Ng BP ko and thanks God for it and following your advices,,kaya lng Po parang nahihilo Ako this month. pagbumabagon sa pagkahiga,bakit Po kaya 😔
Possibly electrolytes imbalance po. Do you add enough salt sa daily food and drinks nyo? If not, try nyo po muna mag add ng salt, if may maramdaman pa din, check nyo po ang Electrolytes Homemade Recipe sa Life Without Rice and I suggest na magtimpla po kayo para sa daily intake nyo.

We've Been into fasting n low carb or no rice for 8 mos now dra. Nawala na mga inflammation ko, wla statins ko. 56 kg to 50 kg maintained weight, my husband nwla. Na hilo bec of mataas na HB pressure, 82kg to 70kgs na lang din siya, fish, lean mear and veg na lang kami, wla na rin madami fruits.
