    my college time naging health concious na ako.palagi ako nag-reresearch at try lahat ng klase healthy food,adivce etc..to the point na nsabihan ako meron akong Anorexia disorder.ang d nila alam gusto ko lng maging healthy.ang pagkakaiba lng noon mukha akong matanda nung payat ako noon...Now na natuto ako sayo Doc.josephine ng LCIF, loose wt ako pero glowy skin at bumata ako...thanks for all good info..

    I have been following you Doc for a month. I am a male and 49 y.o. I had an angioplasty last 2017 due to 2 blocks. I have maintenance meds (candesartan, clopedogril and simvastatin). Only last sunday evening during the debut of my daughter that I decided not eat rice,fruits, sweets and soft drinks.
    This week from monday to wednesday , no rice and carbs sa morning and evening, 12 hours fasting na rin ako. This thursday no rice na ako the whole day. I am doing my best to follow all your protocols doc. I am a farmer of dragon fruits, and ito na fruits lang ang kinain ko na fruit since sunday pero at a minimal serving na po. Wish me well Doc.       Same here, got 2 stents. It's nice to listen to doctors speaking our language, I have been following Dr Berg & Jason Fung but not as motivated as now. Let's keep doing LCIF. I am T2DM for many years and this morning ng BS was 89

    Hello po doc.i am always watching you...i am 64yrs old diabetic po ako 2 months lang po ako ng insulin tpos nag stop nko diet lang po kain ko vegies lang papakin ko lang ulam di maalat di masyado mamantika No rice kya ko nman po khit d ako mag rice...

    now my 19y.o son is in low carb lifestyle no rice at all
    so happy about it
    we're already 3 in the family that includes my mother of 71 y.o.
    grateful of you Doctora
    I'm now more knowledgeable of my body on how to handle it even if sometimes I cheat
    because I really loss weight from intermittent fasting and low carb
    and some issues are now gone especially in handling hypertension

      I'm new here doc pls guide me. But I need a new blood test. Bec. My lasy test is before Pandemic pa. But I know it's all high I'm diabetic,high blood,uric acid, cholesterol, and diagnose on kidney failure and have arthritis on both knees. I'm 75kilos now. Hope you will help me too.

    I been on keto/low carb for almost 3 years now, no rice or any grains for 2 years! Right now i need a good strategy to have my family listen to me on how I can have them to eliminate sugar and eat low carb, it’s soo hard!! It feels like I am the enemy 😂

    I started intermittent fasting couple years and it worked for me from 118lb went down 110 lbs in 2 months and did not sag bec I eat all during lunch only. And yes I avoided carbohydrates on my one meal a day, which means at least 24 hr fasting with just warm oatmeal milk in the morning with herb supplements and bone broth at night with detox herbs or another oatmeal milk. Every 2 hr water throughout the day until 6p. Intermittent fasting is not dry fasting. You can drink. If you get hungry, dab a little pink salt on your tongue as distraction and do home or housework. At 60 I was teased at looking 20-30 younger. I did not look undernourished but my A1C went from 6.3 to 5.4 and it stayed down. It also stabilized my bp and my doctor agreed with at least every other day very minimal bp maintenance med. He said so long as it works for me as my bp would go below 110 systolic when taken daily. So if my systolic is in the teens, I prefer not to take anything and under agreement with my doctor. Unfortunately, I stopped intermittent fasting since October 2022. I should have at least continued like others. Please see video link below.
    It can be lifetime but you will be symptom free and will minimize med to hopefully remove totally. But just looking at myself then during the IF last year, I thought I deserved the break. Now my weight creeping up to 115 and my uniform (nurse) getting tight so that motivated me to restart again. It's difficult to restart but now on my second day again after I discovered Dr Rojo.
    I also make my own milk. So sad I made out of oatmeal, cashew and coconut. So now am shifting to almonds, walnut and coconut. For ice cream, I shift from yogurt to cottage cheese with honey freeze bars with add flavorings like cacao or coconut. I also now used this milk and lemon as conditioner for skin while in the shower. I believe anything you apply on skin should be edible healthy like supplement to what you eat as it gets absorbed in the skin to the bloodstream. For exercise I try to walk 30 mins morning and afternoon. If not I do the tummy waist exercise indoor.
    I will get the portable wooden food mill on Amazon so I can start making my own coconut flour, almond or walnut. I will get the nutritional yeast as thickener for my kakanin. I learned to make puto bumbong last Christmas and over ate sadly. It was soo good using grass fed Irish butter, grated coconut and coconut sugar. I got me my bamboo steamer and was planning to learn to make my own like kowloon siopao. Lol, you can learn anything on You Tube. Its my go to library.

    doc, one day lang nag-apply ako sa yung no rice nawala po yung sakit ng side sa neck ko as indicative of my borderline bp, po!! One day lang no rice, can you imagine!! I worship a life free of pains and so this is big deal to me. When i first heard of your no rice, low carb diet, sabi ko, no way, i will die eating happy with rice,i can't live without rice. Sa totoo lang po it's been 14 years since I've been using not WHITE rice eveb, okay, it's even brown, red, pink rice sometimes together or usually a combination of 2 of these rice with very very less white rice in it. Salamat po, grabe ang papasalamat ko po sa iyong programa. I'm list4ening to ALL your videos and sharing these to others, however, i know people's eyes grow big when i talk to them about this. "NO WAY" are the right words, pero po sa mga taong gustong gustong mabuhay na walang synthetic drugs of maintenance of bp and live naturally, salamat po, ito na yung hanap hanap ko.     Good p.m.Doc.Rojo.tama.ka.kung.my.paraan man lang na hindi ka.uminum ng gamot na maintenance.Okeng Oke gd.ako.76.yrs.old na babae.mula ng.mapanood ko.ikaw.sa utube.sinusundan kita halos araw araw.last month for almost 5 yrs.last May.lang ako nag.pa laboratory.ang.taas ng.cholesterol ko.pina inum ako ng anak kong.nurse.ng.Atorvastatin 40mg.ang ginawa ko ng.low carb.ako.in.one.day half cup.lang.ko.ng rice.wala ng.tinapay at mga pasta.after one month ng pa.lab
    Ako ng.normal na ang.cholesterol.ko.bumaba ang.bad.at.tumaas ang good.Maraming Maraming SALAMAT.DOC.GOD BLESS

    Hi Doctora. I been on low carb for 3 months now and I lost 16 kg.
    I’m 63 years old now. Kaya lang pumayat na ako. From 36 waistline to 27 1/2”.
    From 66 kg now 50 kg na lang.
    Kaya lang I look more older and my skin looks not good.
    I’m taking medication for sugar and hypertension. And taking vitamins and minerals supplement.

    Ako nag fasting 13 hours everyday 67 kilos drop to 63 after 1 month. Snacking walnut lang and super Low-Carb kamote 150g lang

    helo dra..thanks god po nakilala kita...simce oct 20 una kong npnood video mo n..doc na 3 yrs ng hndi nkain ng rice..gabi plng ng oct 20 ngstart nkong hindi kumain ng rice..pngaralan sa panonod lgi ng video mo..until now low carb pdin ako at dmi ng health benefits ang nkuha ko sa pag IF at low carb..dedma lang ako sa mga taong nkpligid skin kahit anong sbhin nila..dahil ako nmn ang nkkuha ng magandang benefits sa gngnwa ko.thank you thank you dra grace sa wlang sawang pgshare po ng knowledge about LCIF..s ngyon 46kilos nlng at full energy wlng iniinom n gmot hindi mdling mapagod at nwala mga nrrmdman kong skit b4 LCIF..s ngyon hndi nko nkpocus s pgllose weight ko sbay n ng health gain ko.godbless dra grace ksma ng family mo...super thank you po.

    Doc. Sna meron po kyong consolation about low carb online. Gusto q lng itanong kng tama kya ang kinakain q arw2.. 3months na po Ako nka follow sa low carb diet nyo from 53 kg. Nw 43 kg. Nagugulat na ang mga tao sa paligid q bat dw ang bilis kng pumayat bka dw Ako my skit ..sgot q sa knila I'm OK.

    Thank you po Doc Grace for sharing. I have been following since Nov. 2, 2021. Great improvements had been experienced. My weight of 74 kg
    was down to only 67 by January 7 2022 doing the OMAD and Fasting for 2 months. Right now is maintaining Low Carb TMAD and intermittent Fasting. My blood pressure is now in the average range of 120 to 130 over 72 to 80. My HbA1C is also down. Again thanks a lot po. More power to you Doc. From the simple guy age 64.

    Nag IF tlaga ako noon pa pero window eating kain ako carbs sweets kaya parang wala nangyari pero ng mag try ako ng no rice no carbs ng isang buwan bgla ako pumayat tlaga kita nila lumiit ako. Now nag kain ako ng carbs na pero di gaya dati na malala.. nanghihina Kasi ako nanginginig walang lakas masakit ang ulo irritable tapos bigla pa ako mag ka client kasi massage therapist ako. Mahirap e maintain pero continue fasting kht 16 hour’s

    Hi Doc, my nutritionist told me to eat low carb due to my hi e1c. She said look for food grow above ground which low in glycemic acid than food grows below ground like potato, carrots.

      If Low Carb is done the right way, fasting comes naturally. The reason is if we stick to the safe list of #JGRTanFoodlist, we get a daily intake of nutrient-dense food that gives us satiety so we don't feel hungry like usual.     hello Doc. I had a mastectomy last March 31. Now I'm in a Hormone Therapy for 5 yrs, Can I do a low carb cause I'm taking also a tablet for Highblood pressure and to control my sugar.

    I do intermittent fasting for 12 years ng umpisa ako sa 12 hours every single day now I switch 16 hours sometimes I cheat at least 14 hours. Hndi porke ng fasting ako mron problema sa health wla ako problema sa health I am 59 years old and I do exercise 3 to 4 days a week.

    Isa ako sa maraming Taga subaybay ng video mo,, and I'm doing intermittent fasting for 5 months,. I'm 70 this July, and I can feel physically fit ,. Kasi before nag body building ako, and taking amino acid capsules, and whey protein,. Now tanong ko lng po kung pwede pa bang mag take ako ng Amino acid capsules while doing exercise, like dumb bell and lifting barbell,. I will appreciate for any advice you can give, and I thank you so much for your very informative video,. God bless Po

      Wag muna magfasting kung bagohan pa kayo. Mag low carb muna kayo bago magfast. Isubscribe mo itong page ni doctora para panoorinmo muna kung paano magsimula sa low carb para maiwasan ang pagkakamali

      Hi. You have to prioritize your maintenance medications. Maybe you can ask your doctor to adjust the timing of maintenance intake if you wish to incorporate fasting.

    What my Dr. said keep on taking the medicine wow even my sugar counts 110 ,my sugar counts when i am in diabetic 2 was 290.
    Last night my dinner is boiled okra ( 3mins in running boiled water ) 10 pcs. and pork IGADO...THATS IT FOR MY DINNER.🙂🙂

    i can go as 14 or mor hrs fasting, but i must admit due to like of time and what to eat i cant totally eliminate carbs. but no rice today
