Even though allulose is low-cal, I highly recommend supplementing some of it with real maple syrup (like for your pancakes). Much more healthy than any artificial sweetener!

운동은 사실 계획표를 짜놨지만 단 한번도 그대로 한적이 없어서..😂 보통 일주일에 3~4번 귀찮을때는 일주일에 1번 정도 해요! 시간은 정해놓지 않았지만 보통 아침시간에 하는 편입니다 :)
