Don’t cut sweets out completely, just plan to have room for them! If you know you can’t live without sweets, plan your calorie intake around the fact you want to have dessert. I have eaten dessert every day and still lost weight, it’s about keeping your other meals healthy enough that you’re still in a calorie deficit even with dessert. But you don’t need to get rid of sweets :)

Sarthnavi Bhat One day of overeating won’t make you fat, if you do it everyday continuously over time you will gain fat, but not in one day. Go back to your regular diet the next day, eat when hungry stop when full, drink water, move more. You are fine and you don’t even have to do any of the stuff I just said.

Now, unless you already eat less than that (which i have no idea if you do, but i am aware of the fact that many people who watch this kind of content tend to have eating disorders, having one myself), you will lose weight eating like this, although i wouldn't necessarily recommend it on the long term.

일주일 정도는 괜찮아요! 정체기가 너무 오래가면 같은 칼로리라도 탄단지 비중을 바꾸거나 운동 종류 바꿔보시는거 추천해요!
원래 정체기-감량 이렇게 계단식으로 빠지는 거니까 너무 스트레스받지 말고 함께 이겨내요💪🏻
