    언니 영상보면서 식단관리 하면 안하다가해도 진짜 건강한 느낌이고 꼭 다이어트 안하더라도 건강식으로 먹고싶을때 레시피 찾아서 만둘어서 먹으면 되니깐 그게 너무 좋아요 ㅠㅠ̑̈

    Out of all the Korean diet vlog channels, I only watch your videos consistently because they are not as diet-culture-driven and i don't feel pressured to start eating salads or munch on cherry tomatoes all day after watching your videos. I love that you promote moderation and help people go through the hardest of times during diets where they want to give up all. Keep it up I love you 🥺

      thats what a yo-yo diet is...
      july 2019 she went from 58kg to 51kg
      dec 2019 she went from 58kg to 46kg
      this video she went from 58kg to 47kg
      She reaches her goals then stops the 'diet' just to gain all the weight back afterwards..
      Just because someone loses weight that doesnt mean they "earned" the ability to eat more junk food or something.
      There's no point in going back to your old diet which made someone gain weight in the first place.
      Need to maintain the same diet with a slight increase of calories , while doing weight training at the gym.
      That is what is the 'healthiest and best' as you said.

    You don't need to feel guilty about eating healthy food when trying to lose weight. I learned this this year. I have been trying to lose weight since quarantine last year but I couldn't until recently, last month!
    I tried all kinds of diet and fasting but even if I lost the weight, I still gained it back because I'd go back to eating how I used to. Then I read a few articles and watched a few videos that stated that diet didn't matter, what mattered was just the amount of calories you consumed and cutting down on processed foods so basically, eating healthy because processed foods have so much calories...it's insane.
    Ending of last month, I cut down on processed foods and started eating mostly good food. I still eat snacks but just once in a while. The only exercise i do is to walk for an hour and dance (I cannot dance lol) for 20 minutes.
    Well, since that time, I have lost 4kg (62 ~58) and it's been off, hasn't returned like it used to. The changes aren't too noticeable but I'm so happy for this progress. Eating this way is actually sustainable than trying a diet that will tell you to cut off some types of foods.
    Food is not the enemy, don't feel guilty❤. I wish more people would realize that weight loss is supposed to be a gradual process. All that weight took time to accumulate...it's okay if it took time to go away too.

      Are you me?! Congratulations on losing your weight. 💓
      My story is exactly like yours, at the beginning of quarantine, I’d try everything to lose weight. Crazy, restrictive diets, fasting etc. And like you, would gain it all back afterwards.
      So ever since last month, I’ve changed my lifestyle too. I walk and dance exactly like you! I cut out all (okay, not all. Lol!) processed foods and stopped eating junk food and snacks that are full of sugar but marketed as ‘healthy’ and I’ve gone from 58kg -> 55kg. I’m still carrying on and am so happy with what I have lost so far.
      It’s definitely a steady and slow process but I feel so much better and healthier myself. Good luck on the rest of your journey. I definitely agree with everything that you have said ☺️

      크래미 샌드위치는 맛살자체에 염분이 들어가있는데 소금까지드가는게 걱정되네요.
      머스타드 소스보단 후추,올리브오일,와인식초 정도가 좋을거같구. 소소한 태클 걸어봐요ㅠㅠ

      돼지목살구이같은경우도 김치로 한끼에 필요한 나트륨을 섭취하는데, 고기에 쌈장까지면 다이어트 포기식단 같고. 김치를 안먹든 쌈장대신 고기구울때 아예 소금간 살짝하는게 좋을거같아요!
      아님 저게 점심식단이고, 아침이나 저녁을 엄청 라이트하게 먹을거면 그나마 봐줄만한...

    요리 완성보다도 치우면서 요리하는거 진짜 개좋아.
    누가 요리해줄때 밥먹고나서 설거지그릇들이나 치워야할거 산더미처럼 있는거 보면 하.. 저거 내가 치워야겠지? (먹는시간보다 치우는 시간이 왜 더 길어야해)

    Thank you so much for these recipes, I can't wait to try them out. recently I was becoming a bit discouraged and wasn't sure whether I can still carry on and I was running out of ideas and recipes but your video today instantly encouraged me to not give up. I've come so far and although the journey was hard (and still is) I'm glad I did it and started, otherwise I would have still been in the agony and depression I was before. a couple days ago, I tried on some of my clothes that I wore last summer and the barely fit me last year but this year they fit me so much better and for once in a long while I was truly proud but most importantly happy. today I remembered the day I tried the clothes on and for a second I thought it was a dream because for a long time I had imagined a day like that and I never thought it would come, but it did. although I'm not finished yet, and I don't know when ill be finished but everything I've done by now is enough and I couldn't be more proud of myself. thank you for teaching me a healthy way to lose weight and no matter how quickly we want to do it we should take are time and enjoy everything in the process whether it's having diet food, healthy food or fried chicken. I don't think I would have been able to make it this far without you, thank you so much again. love you nana❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    The only reason people have a hard time losing weight is because they deprive themselves from the things they love eating way too drastically. I have been making so many different recipe and I barely eat salad but the thing is I make what I like I'm just mindful of salt, oil, sugar and carbs. But I eat till I'm 80% full which usually is enough. These recipes right there are amazing and mouth watering! I will definitely make them. Thank you so much

    맛있는 다이어트 식단 영상 보면 다들 요리를 안 해본건지 딱 봐도 조합이 밋밋하고 맛 없을 수 밖네 없고 간도 안하는데 대박 계속 맛있다고 거짓말하니까 속터졌는데 처음으로 딱봐도 맛있을 밖에 없는 다이어트 요리 영상 보는 것 같네요.

      I usually do it too bc I find that the water drains easier bc there aren't big pieces where the water can stay

      @@dannililiac Thx for sharing your interesting perspective! I usually think it's easier to rub and scrub the lettuce when they're bigger. I don't usually have a problem with water draining since I have a salad dryer :)

      @@julial3758 using a salad spinner does help yeah. I just dont have them so i just do it all by hand. Plus i prefer having small pieces which makes cutting beforehand easier as there is more grip between the leaves. To each their own i would say

    나나님 레시피들은 만들기 간편하면서도 맛까지 챙길 수 있어서 참 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 요리를 잘하지도 못하고 요리하는 자체도 귀찮아서 늘 삶은 닭가슴살만 대충 챙겨먹던 사람이었는데 나나님 채널 알게되고부턴 행복하게 식단관리하면서 다이어트 진행하고 있습니다 늘 감사해욧..☺

    여름의 맛 오이고추를 먹기위해 목살을 굽는다에 감동받고 갑니다.ㅋ 다이어트가 먹는게 80%라지만 먹는걸 포기할수없어 식단공부중인데 너무 큰 도움이 되네요~!

      eat in moderation, I still eat unhealthy food. Don't be guilt dear life is short eat in a right amount and be sure you are always in moderation so you enjoy your diet journey♥

      Since u feel guilty then u know its wrong , u should just eat more healthy food than bad food , then ull stop feeling guilty :)

    Konjac noodles: Salt pepper, garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, syrup
    Salad dressing: balsamic vinegar and olive oil lemon juice and honey
    Sand which: mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and meat, fried egg

    증말 다이어트중엔 채소씻는게 세상에서 젤 귀차늠 아니 씻고 물기 제거하고 설거지하고 뒷정리까지하는게 젤 귀찮은데 막상 다해놓고나면 엄청 뿌듯하다능..ㅎㅎ
