      @@hae2134 hey, I started with 5 days with 500-600 cal per day ( it was hard) with no exercices
      Then I contibued with 2 weekes of 1000 calories
      Now I try to eat around 1200 cals/day but sometimes I cheat lol
      I exercice 30mn/day or less, one or 2 times/week

    Girl, this is exactly me! I used be 56 and started to maintain diet. Now I'm 50 and my goal is 46 although it gets tough time to time. This was helpful! Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩❤️

    This is so sad. If i ate that much food per day, I would gain weight and im 160cm 😔 but the food looks delicious!!! But im so glad that this diet vlog is healthy and good and has good portions of food. Most korean diet vloggers barely eat food let alone a variety of it each day w good portions.

      Yeah same here, but It’s not about the quantity but the calories, it seems like a lot but most of the time she gets less than half the amount of calories recommended per day. She gets low calorie things , I think that’s what changes everything

      @@senlinhime True but i have such a low metabolism. Like im supposed to eat between 1600 to 1800 calories but if i do then i gain weight. Anything over 1300 which is so sad and to lose weight i would need to eat less than that. And its hard to get low calorie foods cuz they arent available everywhere and if they are then it would be expensive.

      이마트몰에서 구입했어요 😊스테비아처럼 대체감미료인데 올리고당이랑 비슷한 제형이에요. 올리고당 보다 조금 덜 달아요 :)

    우오아ㅏㅏ 기다리던 영상이 올라왔네요! 저 요즘 간혈적 단식으로 1월까지 해보려고 하는데 중간에 하다가 지칠 거 같아요... 그때는 식단을 조절 할려는데 하리야님처럼 그런 걸 구매할 수가 없기에 일반적인 걸로 식단 조절 비법 좀 알려주실 수 있으신가요? 뭐 예를 들어 인스턴트 줄이고 밀가루도 줄인다거나...!

      하루에 1000칼로리 정도 섭취하고 같은 칼로리라도 탄수화물은 적게 단백질은 풍부하게 섭취하기. 저녁은 너무 늦은시간에 먹지 않기. 물 2리터씩 최대한 마시기.
      이정도가 제가 지키려고 노력중인 습관이에요💛

      하루에 1000-1300 칼로리 섭취하고 있어요 :) 저는 끼니당 칼로리로 잡아놓으면 너무 빡빡해서 실패하게 되고 금방 포기하게 되더라구요😢 그래서 하루에 1300만 넘지않게! 기준을 정했습니다 :)
      그리고 같은 칼로리를 섭취해도 단백질이 포만감이 더 높기 때문에 단백질을 많이 섭취하려고 노력해요 :)

      Late breakfast (10a.m-12 o'clock)
      Dinner (7 p.m.-8 p.m.)
      I wrote it 'breakfast', but in fact I wake up late so it's almost lunch time.
      Late at night, I'm hungry too.😂 But I put up with thinking about what to eat tomorrow morning. haha
      Check when you can't stand your hunger the most and set your meal time (except late night. )
