This is so sad. If i ate that much food per day, I would gain weight and im 160cm 😔 but the food looks delicious!!! But im so glad that this diet vlog is healthy and good and has good portions of food. Most korean diet vloggers barely eat food let alone a variety of it each day w good portions.
Yeah same here, but It’s not about the quantity but the calories, it seems like a lot but most of the time she gets less than half the amount of calories recommended per day. She gets low calorie things , I think that’s what changes everything
@@senlinhime True but i have such a low metabolism. Like im supposed to eat between 1600 to 1800 calories but if i do then i gain weight. Anything over 1300 which is so sad and to lose weight i would need to eat less than that. And its hard to get low calorie foods cuz they arent available everywhere and if they are then it would be expensive.
