so true, I spent my life ordering food for lack of time and laziness and I gained a lot of kilos, then I stopped but I still eat so much lol but I lost weight

I’m not sure if you’re referring to this video, but she’s basically having two meals a day, and everything were super healthy. For people who show themselves eating desert and fast food, they may not eat like that on a daily basis. Snacking is where a lot of people get a lot of calories as well, so maybe you can try to limit your snackings. As long as you reach a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. It is also worth mentioning that oil and noodles aren’t bad and you shouldnt restrict yourself too much. Also when you’re losing weight remember to not eat too little so as to keep yourself healthy and not damage your metabolism

And I set the amount to eat during the day in advance. I take1000 to 1300 calories a day, and if there is food I want to eat (such as Mac & Cheese😎), I only eat within those calories! (Key point is adjusts the amount of food) If it’s difficult to control the amount of food, you need to be motivated by thinking again about the reasons for dieting (Write your reason for dieting and your goal in a clearly visible place and post it) ❣
