Solmee, you’re so inspiring! So strong and determined with your weight loss journey. I’ve struggled with the same problem but I found my road. The only thing that I can suggest you is eating more carbs because if you continue to eat this little you’ll have some problem in focusing with work/study and less energy in general.
Not just carb but all other nutrients in general like protein. I really think she has an eating disorder. I can see my old self in her. I would diet when I gained weight and do it again and again. It’s an endless cycle. I would gain more weight and It messed up my metabolism. She needs to have an healthy relationship with food tbh.

корить себя не нужно, но и скакать от переедания и недоедания тоже не надо! просто ешьте то что вам нравится, но в умеренном количестве и в определённое время. да иногда младостью хочется, но не неделю подряд. может много свободного времени нашлось и вместо того, чтоб что-то делать вы были в «апатии» когда на все плевать и хочется только чего-то перекусить. тогда прогулки помогут больше, чем еда. за пару дней с вкусняшка ну никак столько не наберется. все же скакать из стороны в сторону на 5кг и более это не здорово, понятно там ~2кг. какой смысл всю жизнь на диете сидеть от цифре к цифре?

Она просто почистилась, сбросила балласт так сказать, и на самом деле ничего своего не потеряла. Как был у нее 58 с копейками кгшек, к нему и вернулась. Думаю это неплохой метод разгрузки. Солми верно говорит, нельзя долго сидеть на такой "диете". Это чисто для разгрузки, а далее, если продолжать, будет уже во вред.

Solmee I am glad that you understand that this way of eating is not sustainable and you care about your health, but i'm still worried about you. this obsession with food and constant dieting is not good for both your physical and mental health. you seem to see food as numbers not energy resources, you restrict and eat a lot afterwards. restrict again, starve yourself and workout than your body clearly doesn't have enough energy for it. it's a vicious cycle :( I really recommend getting a professional help to heal your relationships with food and body image
This! Especially the incorrect view on the food, like it's either punishment or reward. Also, it's easy to gain after one bigger meal 2 or even 3kg.... but it's mostly retained water, not fat. People should alwasy go back to their regular healthy diets after binge eating from time to time, not starving themselves.
50kg will be unsustainable unless your weight is mainly muscle, I'd suggest building muscle first before you start to diet. Otherwise you will gain all the weight back.
I’m 100% sure you wont be able to keep the weight off doing this DIET (andyou’re looking to lose 20kg that cannot be done in a short time) please think of your health :(

She just lost water weight. In order to loose 1kg of fat you need to burn 7700 calories. So really, losing 1kg in 3 days is nearly impossible even if you don't eat anything. The moment she starts eating normally again she will return to the previous weight.

In Korea theres actually a word called “급찐급빠” which means to gain weight quickly then lose weight quickly. Its so normalized to go on unhealthy diets and MANY famous and popular youtubers promote very unhealthy diets alot eating less than 1000 calories. Teens watch them and follow their steps. Its so sad but its true. In america because of tiktok and the whole body positivity thing whenever someone posts a vid of them eating less people comment how they shouldnt promote unhealthy diets but here in korea the comments are the opposite. There are many that say omg i wanna be like you. Or omg this is so motivating . It makes zero sense to me. This youtuber did mention that she knows its unhealthy but that she is fine with it…

I can’t believe no one is commenting on how unhealthy this is, why don’t you just eat in moderation and slowly lose the weight while eating a normal amount of food at a moderate calorie deficit? The healthy amount of weight to lose is 1-2 kg MAX per week, if you lose more than that in a short time frame then it is unsustainable, and you are very likely to rebound and gain that weight back. And please just cause you are dieting doesn’t mean that you have to torture yourself in eating shit unseasoned food, like after drinking all that water it’s kinda silly to be consuming no salt because of water retention. I genuinely think that she has an eating disorder, no hate at all I think that she is clearly a lovely girl but that is way too restrictive. Girls I am speaking from personally experience, as someone who has gone from 58kg to 45kg (and has maintained it for an entire year eating whatever I want with no weight gains like this), do it slow and steady!!

The best advice I could ever give you is to eat in a calorie deficit, you could use a calorie counting app. It's very simple because you can still eat deserts and '' bad food''. And, it is very important to have calorie knowledge about your food so that you don't get deceived into thinking high calorie foods have less calories than they actually do. Very simple and maintainable. You can do it till the day you die! God bless!
You lost weight on these days, but as soon as you start to eat more calories, you will gain everything that u lost again, and please dont tell people to stay 20 hours without eatinng, thats insane, going to the gym without carbs is so dangerous

Girl, I'm sorry to say this, but I advise you to go and seek help mentally and physically for your weight issues. The reason why you lost the weight and gained it all back, it's because you didn't find the right balance between your work life and the active lifestyle you have right now. If the balance isn't addressed, this is going to be on repeat forever and ever. Diet can't be forever, only your habits can. I am 170cm, my weight always goes back and forth from 58kg-72kg. And the self-image issue, I completely understand.

If the balance isn't addressed, this is going to be on repeat forever and ever. Diet can't be forever, only your habits can.
I am 170cm, my weight always goes back and forth from 58kg-72kg. And the self-image issue, I completely understand.
