have you tried intermitted fasting? helps alot and there's omad - I'm making my own version of omad basically just trying to eat less carbs and sugar. good luck

She literally post about her weightloss journey on her channel. If you just clicked her profile and check, she has diet vlogs where she shows you what she eats. For this video specifically, she only ate grapes and potatoes that day for her photograph to be taken. If she eats too much, she could end up bloated and her pictures won't come out how she pictured them. The comments don't mention it because they're probably long time followers who watch her journey. People like to jump to conclusions without doing a little research...yikes
@@sujantran I've now watched 4 of her videos (they still pop on my recommandations) and the food she eats remains the same, couple of fruit, some yogurt and tomatoes, and a tiny box of food with less than 300 kc...that's fine, she can eat whatever she wants tho. But my opinion on this types of weightloss videos (or vlogs wtv) is the same, its not healthy neither sustainable. She literally states in the title of her video "no pain, no gain" as if starving to lose weight its normal, so...yeah she looks incredible but I believe it's better to stay healthy rather than just look fit :) This is not me bashing her, but actually worried about her aaand the people who may take this as an example of diet

The definition of healthy is subject to one's own personal beliefs so you assuming she isn't healthy is your belief of what healthy looks like. Its great that you're worried but you're comment influences others to believe that she isn't healthy based on 1 or 4 videos. She isn't a dietician, she is just another person who is giving tips and advice, not saying she is the example and people should follow her very steps. Its a struggle as you should know yourself since you're also trying to lose weight.

Im not talking about a slim or fat person, im talking the amount and the quality of food your body needs. @@Samz. i do cycling in the morning for 40-60 mins or any other cardio before breakfast depending how i feel that day and body weight exercises for 30-45 mins at night 😊, occasionally do intermittent fasting and flexible dieting in daily basis 🌟 but before this i started slow and easy bcs i was extremely unfit and increase the intensity of my workout everyday until now 🌸

I lost 23 kilos during this quarantine and I did the same thing. Diet is much important than work out. My tip is to avoid eating junk food such as softdrinks, cake, bread, donuts and etc. Live healthy and if you are a girl you must only eat 1500 calories per day and if you are a boy you must only consume 2000 calorie per day. This will enable you to loss 0.45 kilos per week then you can work out twice or thrice a week. You don't need to work out everyday as long as you keep dieting

I started dieting from March to early June. I ate maybe 3 spoons of rice and exercise every midnight because I dont like my parents to see me dancing because I know they'll make fun of me. I stopped at June because I got sick(anemia), maybe because of the sleeping schedules and nutrient deficiency and I need to eat alot to regain strength. I was around 69 kilos before the diet but I think I lost maybe 5-10 kilos. But because of anemia, I really need to eat alot because I kept on getting headaches, and also experience extreme dizziness to the point that I pass out. Now, my anemia is gone, finally! After months of battling it. And I'm currently starting my diet. I really want to be an entertainer. I can sing and dance, I'm really experienced with that but my problem is my weight. I want to lose 20 kilos until next year. I hope I succeed.
@@missrustas6478 before the diet, I reduced my eating portions every week. From a cup, to ¾ to ½ to ¼ that's every week. And when I'm good at it, I started eating smaller portions and I didn't got hungry maybe because I'm already used to it. I sometimes don't eat rice anymore coz I was tired of it. But I think what made me sick was the sleeping schedules. My parents fall asleep around 10 so I have to wait so that I can exercise. 10pm to 1am I guess? Sometimes I reach until 3am. Then because of that, my blood levels fell drastically. Now I learned my lesson. I'm currently at week 3 and I'm kinda good but I'm fighting very hard with myself with temptation. (i experienced that last time too on week 3). I only exercise when I got the chance and sleep earlier. Just so that I won't develop anemia again. I really want to lose weight, I'm sick of all the comments about me. "you're pretty and talented but you're fat". It hurts me so much seeing my pretty classmates sing and dance in class and I'm just hiding and watching them
Awesome.. This just makes my day. Well done! I've struggled with being overweight since I could remember. Now I'm in my 30's I have reached my lowest weight at 51 Kgs through strict diet and workout. It has indeed been a struggle, but worth it!
Don't forget that muscle weight more than fat. Like I weigh 138lb and I look kind of slim (but not super slim). I have a lot of muscles so losing a lot of weight would mean losing muscles.
Also everybody is different like metabolism and hormone. So if you have a lot of difficulty losing weight and it's not because of the lack of effort, go consults a specialist (doctor) AND a nutritionist.
I really need to lose 25kg 😭 not just for esthetic but for my health. I really have an obsession and disorder with eating. Hope i'll achieve my goal and be proud too 😢 fighting ~~

All the things she actually ate to achieve that. The message is weird because it seems to say she’s fit but has a bag of chips and junk food and that’s ok. What if she wasn’t “fit”, what if she had healthy weight or was seemingly “fat” and posing with chips and other junk food like it’s cool. Do you think society would be and is accepting of that? @@Samz. i do cycling in the morning for 40-60 mins or any other cardio before breakfast depending how i feel that day and body weight exercises for 30-45 mins at night 😊, occasionally do intermittent fasting and flexible dieting in daily basis 🌟 but before this i started slow and easy bcs i was extremely unfit and increase the intensity of my workout everyday until now 🌸

I limit my calories per day... and I don't expect too much too soon... it's take me about less than 2month... but I not go to the gym even once... it's depence on people... some people easy to lose weight and some easy to gain... that's all...

I lost 23 kilos during this quarantine and I did the same thing. Diet is much important than work out. My tip is to avoid eating junk food such as softdrinks, cake, bread, donuts and etc. Live healthy and if you are a girl you must only eat 1500 calories per day and if you are a boy you must only consume 2000 calorie per day. This will enable you to loss 0.45 kilos per week then you can work out twice or thrice a week. You don't need to work out everyday as long as you keep dieting

I want to be 52kg as well! I don't know how much I weigh since last time I did I was 65kg. I'm trying to recover from disordered eating so I'm slowly going back to a healthy diet. My first goal is to be 59kg, then 56kg and then 52kg. I'll come back here when the time comes. Please wish me luck💜

I started dieting from March to early June. I ate maybe 3 spoons of rice and exercise every midnight because I dont like my parents to see me dancing because I know they'll make fun of me. I stopped at June because I got sick(anemia), maybe because of the sleeping schedules and nutrient deficiency and I need to eat alot to regain strength. I was around 69 kilos before the diet but I think I lost maybe 5-10 kilos. But because of anemia, I really need to eat alot because I kept on getting headaches, and also experience extreme dizziness to the point that I pass out. Now, my anemia is gone, finally! After months of battling it. And I'm currently starting my diet. I really want to be an entertainer. I can sing and dance, I'm really experienced with that but my problem is my weight. I want to lose 20 kilos until next year. I hope I succeed.

@@missrustas6478 before the diet, I reduced my eating portions every week. From a cup, to ¾ to ½ to ¼ that's every week. And when I'm good at it, I started eating smaller portions and I didn't got hungry maybe because I'm already used to it. I sometimes don't eat rice anymore coz I was tired of it. But I think what made me sick was the sleeping schedules. My parents fall asleep around 10 so I have to wait so that I can exercise. 10pm to 1am I guess? Sometimes I reach until 3am. Then because of that, my blood levels fell drastically. Now I learned my lesson. I'm currently at week 3 and I'm kinda good but I'm fighting very hard with myself with temptation. (i experienced that last time too on week 3). I only exercise when I got the chance and sleep earlier. Just so that I won't develop anemia again. I really want to lose weight, I'm sick of all the comments about me. "you're pretty and talented but you're fat". It hurts me so much seeing my pretty classmates sing and dance in class and I'm just hiding and watching them

Don't forget that muscle weight more than fat. Like I weigh 138lb and I look kind of slim (but not super slim). I have a lot of muscles so losing a lot of weight would mean losing muscles.
Also everybody is different like metabolism and hormone. So if you have a lot of difficulty losing weight and it's not because of the lack of effort, go consults a specialist (doctor) AND a nutritionist.

@@vailj321 Because someone like her who worked hard for her body by limiting herself from eating chips and other junk foods should have maybe posed with fruits? Veggies? All the things she actually ate to achieve that.
The message is weird because it seems to say she’s fit but has a bag of chips and junk food and that’s ok. What if she wasn’t “fit”, what if she had healthy weight or was seemingly “fat” and posing with chips and other junk food like it’s cool. Do you think society would be and is accepting of that? The question is rhetorical and the answer is no and that’s why it’s a bit misleading.
That is what this type of girl does, they dont really eat but claim to love fries and hamburgers. The worst thing about this is seeing so many teens in the comments praisin her.
